Correct, also this is a non discussion forum but everyone seems to be able to do whatever the !@#$ they want to anyway. In-game violations, such as inappropriate names (nation, leader, cities) Abuse of the in-game messaging system, including reasons for war (language, racism, out of character threats) Last I checked your "report" has nothing to do with those three listed points, therefore it shouldn't be in this board anyways. What you think should happen in the event of an alliance not having a leader is completely and utterly irrelevant.
