I'd say past the first page, you're looking at most of them being blind unless they're getting advance notice of over half a week. So I know a war/raid is coming against my nation and I'm not ready. I slip into vacation mode and spend my warchest militarizing to the point where I'd be at negative income, I come out of vacation mode with my giant military and roll those who were going to roll me. Oblige Posted April 27, 2015 Share Posted April 27, 2015 Yeah it seems counter intuitive for a military force to be allowed to build up during vacation mode. Allowing construction makes sense because those are instantaneous builds anyways... but being allowed to accumulate troops, which would normally require several days / weeks to build is questionable especially if you aren't being charged for them. Alliance could exploit this by sending their stuffs in the bank to some nation on vacation.
