TCM shall pay NoN and AA 100m as promised from before the war as part of the color relocation agreement. AA, NoN and MoO, OPO shall move off of aqua and onto any color blocs of their choice. TCM advises Black or Purple as the alliances on these colors do not police and have agreed to welcome other's. Alliances agree to not move to aqua both as the war is ending and after the war unless granted permission by TCM gov (Coal King or Greater) Every party involved shall pay TCM 420.69 units of COAL All involved Alliances shall sign a 1 month NAP No new wars shall be declared after turn change on the 17th of November of 2023.
