The perks are NO Resource tax No entry fee Protection for starter nations Requirements HAVE TO HAVE 500 soldiers at least 1/4 of all monetary war loot goes to alliance bank to buy resources for world domination. You should join a larger alliance first to understand the mechanics of the game, Arrgh perhaps since you're going into that line of work. However new practice of mechanics may be interesting. Investing in advertisements (while they can be expensive and require some amount of skill to make, they are quite lucrative). Messaging new players, or making a recruitment thread on the forums.
