  1. New city scores being 100 means anyone with a few cities above yours that still has very healthy infra w/ mil cannot be hit if you do not similarly have healthy infra w/ even medium military. This is an effect of the city score changes tightening the ranges both with down declares and up declares. I believe the up declare limit should be broadened to less restrict the ranges which people can war with above as it wouldn’t cause an unfair advantage militaristically to updeclare (this would only make it so people with even less cities than before can dec on the defender). It would only serve to make it so people cannot hide at high tier with ridiculously high scores. People shouldn’t be able to have the benefits of insanely high infra making money each day, having more improvements and projects without risking being able to get declared on by a losing side due to the war ranges tightening. effectively making them not risk as much with more benefits. Why is this a problem? When people are rebuilding 35 cities to 3k infra yet cannot be effectively punished by a large amount of the opposing side simply because they are out of range tells me something is wrong. to put it into perspective a similar c35 at low infra would have to build 1100 score worth of troops to even barley reach that c35 with max mil. (Max soldiers Max planes + 4000 tanks) this gap only grows larger as you have less cities than the target due to cities being weighted more than troops now, meaning you require more troops while the city scores widen the gap. I don’t believe that players should be this hard capped to declaring someone who has an advantage over them if they choose to in order to bring their infrastructure down. Another example is reaching some of the extreme whales who have over 4k infra is virtually impossible for almost all of the player base, meaning they gain the benefits of 4k infra while having LESS risk of being declared on than if they built less infra? Suggestion : +175% -> 200% Up declare range

Nah, This just makes it so everyone will have a standing military without sacrificing much during peace time, for instance in my regular peacetime 2500 build i wouldn't have that drydock or 2 barracks, plus i get to save 4 slots on hangers/airfields. This is a pretty meh change, if you really want to punish having improvements over the max infra and help lessen improvement cost on maxing mil why not just reduce the total number of buildings for the military buildings lol. i.e 5 barracks > 3 Barracks etc. This would cause losing military buildings to be more impactful during war as it would cause your max and recruiting amount for any type of troop to be decrease more over time. It also wouldn't give free standing soldiers to anyone without investing a slot in barracks in the first place. (Would still give a free slot to anyone who already was building military) This is my suggestions IF this is actually needed. My Question is why is this change really even needed, honestly at 1300-1750 infra you can get a pretty good max military build. it is only really a big problem at pretty low infra, like below 1000 infra no? at like 1200 infra you can get all the essentials for war easily and honestly this is not the majority of the players, making it so people with cities have a shit ton of free military standing is basically just giving free money through improvements and safety to pixel huggers with cities while nerfing pirates further. I'm against making more money generation for no reason as well, everyone likes it since they get free money but in the end it'll just end up with an inflation problem if you are giving away 4 or 7 improvements per city. EDIT: Yeah even like a general really low ball estimation of numbers having 4 or 7 free improvement slots would cause a shit ton of free resource generation. Anyways could I please know why this is a problem that needs a change in the first place, i genuinely don't know.

  15. This logic just makes no sense, Is there a purpose for warring that i am missing in game? The only thing war accomplishes in this game is to burn resources, there is literally no other in game purpose, so it's function in the game is to be a resource sink, it's what its meant to be. Its the main way to keep resources in this game from overly inflating there is quite literally no other way to burn that many resources legitimately. So it is meant to be a resource sink. I said it in my original quote as to prevent your main reason from being realism, never said anything is wrong with it but the main reason for it should not be off realism, not that you are doing that. As for your reasoning This is not needed also you never mentioned WHY currently nations need help recovering. Almost every alliance is able to rebuild their members after a war that isn't ridiculously out of proportions, as time goes on alliances will only generate more revenue. I mean there was already problems with inflation (which is why Alex has been making these projects which costs a ridiculous amount of raws and money). There isn't a need for this project in any way, people would obviously support it because it gives them free shit and free shit = good idea. Most alliances do not need help rebuilding their members to a decent level. The ROI would be high, but the problem is it will be paid back eventually, then you permanently have a project with hundreds of nations getting returns on 5%~ of Munitions, gasoline, Steel, Aluminum spent. There will be hundreds of high tier who will buy the project since they have the slots to and the costs is low for them, i mean its like 2-3 days of income for mid high tier, those people buy space station + telecommunications because their city + infra ROI is much worse than those projects, same will happen to this one, it will be more efficient ROI for them than another city or more infra AND by helping nations rebuild higher faster they start their ROI faster, snowballing into more resources generated. War is the main way for the game to delete resources there is just no point in making it less effective.
  16. Lol, I agree with Buck's Previous statement if you are going to downvote at least give some criticism. I think alliance banks are extremely broken, I mean any competent alliance with even slightly above average active people will be able to constantly transfer alliance bank to alliance bank to never get it stolen. Honestly for good alliances its probably more likely for someone to betray and steal their bank than an actual war getting it stolen. That being said I think by doing this alliances will not be able to have low man offshore banks could result in them keeping alliance banks on their main alliance causing them to want all members to be super active pushing casuals who don't have time to constantly play out of the game if they get declared by raider. Also being dogpilled or just outnumbered in a war would cause ridiculous amounts of damage if you don't have a way to keep your alliance banks safe, that might be too much damage as eventually there will be a time where it's unavoidable your alliance bank gets looted with this change. I think it would encourage dogpilling and making a shit ton of quantity pixel hugging blocs cause no one wants their bank stolen. I think removing this would result in people quitting the game a lot more if they just lose everything so it's a necessary broken mechanic.
  17. No, War is meant to be a resource sink. I don't think there's a good reason to do this from a game perspective, Then we will make more projects costing a ridiculous amount of resources to combat inflation. Honestly i'm curious why this should be in the game, and don't say for realism.

I Personally don't like the design, I don't see a reason to make people click multiple times in order to access different areas, currently i can go to forums immediately, or go to my revenue page immediately if i wanted to. If i wished to i could go back a page then immediately click to my current wars. With this change i would have to click a drop down every time, perhaps its just me but i would really prefer the current design over this with how many pages there are. Though I don't know anything about design.
