I mean i doubt anyone will just give it away. These systems have to / have been be programmed (takes time) and allow for semi exclusivity, if everyone has one (espc micros) it kind of ruins the purpose of having one. However i know some people sell them, try asking around on larger alliance's discords, they don't come exactly cheap tho (in game currency)
