  1. Nope. Women as property is not a traditional concept, but a Judeo/Christian/Islamic concept. The pagans of Europe viewed women as sacred givers of live and as such, they were accorded great respect. They had different roles yes, but they were not considered property or by any means inferior as a whole. Just as men wouldn't be the best suited for expressing empathy and caring for a child, women were not the best suited for battle or leadership. No one was considered "better" than the other; both took pride in their role in the community and the family.
  2. How then would you explain the current double standards pushed by the media and society as a whole? The fact that you deny such a thing means that you are probably living in your own ignorant little bubble. Edit: Not many men started beating their women outright for no reason. If a woman starts going hysterical and slapping and kicking like a mule, a good slap to the face can wake them up. Additionally if a woman is with another man aside from their husband and acting like a !@#$, you cannot blame the man for having a violent response to this. The "no violence against women under any circumstances" just shows the double standard and how people want to escape any consequence of their actions.
  3. The "equality" of society says that women are free to hit men but the moment a man hits a woman it is "muh oppression". Do you support this logic or lack thereof? Either you don't or you in fact would be addressing that man and woman are different. In which case, you could very well be considered a sexist.
  4. Those were the good old days weren't they? Now, males are beaten by their wives and found groveling at their feet. At least the beta ones like yourself; the ones who shouldn't even be considered men. I mean..who doesn't like beating women?!?
  5. You say modern; I say degenerate. Who is to say that more "modern" means better? This myth of progress needs to seriously stop.
  6. Il Duce Mussolini has honored the agreement made in the Gotham Accords. After the withdrawal of French troops, All Italian troops and vessels have departed from the Iberian peninsula and returned home to the Italian mainland. We hope for their own sake that the French continue their side of the bargain and withdraw the rest of their troops stationed in Portugal as promised. That is all and we hope that Portugal does not fall into decadence after its reunification.
  7. We will honor our part of the deal and withdraw our troops. However we will remain vigilant and will not hesitate to return if circumstance demands it.
  8. After hours of contemplation, Mussolini had made up his mind. He got up and summoned his Naval Admiral Rodolfo Graziani. "Rodolfo I want every available ship manned and ready to embark for the Iberian Peninsula. The French may have beaten us back once, but this time we won't be sending a mere landing company." "I'm on it Duce." Graziani grinned, looking forward to serving for the glory of the empire. On the War Front The Italian fleet had been out at sea for days and the men were anxious for action. 8 Destroyers, 2 battleships, 4 Light Cruisers, and 2 troop carriers were in formation with all weapons prepared for bombardment. "Sir, I have eyes on the French blockade", the spotter informed the admiral. Rodolfo Graziani stepped out on deck and ordered everyone to their respective stations. "Sons of Italy!" he shouted. "Today is the day we bring glory to the Fatherland. Today is the day we cut through the French blockade like a knife cuts through butter. Today we storm the Iberian coast and claim what is rightfully ours!" Cheers erupted from the men as they shouted, "Glory to Italy!" in repition. Graziani waited for the cheering to cease and proceeded, "I have served alongside all of you and gotten to know each of you by name. As your Admiral I would to say that it is an honor to lead you onto the shores of our enemy. I am sure it is even a greater honor for each of you to serve something greater than yourself today. For today, we reclaim the Imperial lands of our ancestors; the very ancestors who's blood runs thick through all of our veins. And when those shells start passing overhead and bullets are whizzing by your ears, I want you all to march without fear with the knowledge that the spirit of all those who came before you is guiding every pull of the trigger, every swing of the blade, and every bullet fired; all to bring us victory this day!" The men once again erupted into an ecstatic cheer. When the Italian fleet got into range of the French blockade, the French were caught by surprise. They had not expected such a large fleet to have arrived so shortly after their previous sinking of the landing vessel and were unprepared for such an attack. The Italian warships tore through the blockade and began a long bombarding on the Iberian coast, softening the defenses. After the bombardment the Italian legions disembarked from the troop ships and stormed the Iberian coast. The storm troops cut through the defenses and occupied the southern part of the peninsula in only a matter of hours; erecting the imperial flag for all to see. Summary: This is the story of Italy's occupation of the Iberian peninsula. They broke through the French Blockade and now control the southern part of Portugal. Note: This takes place before the current French blockade and is not real time.
  9. Victory will be ours my fellow deplorables.

  11. Okay, so I was just warned twice. The first one was about using censored words via using spaces and special characters which I totally understand. The second was a warning about baiting and so I am a bit confused as to what qualifies as baiting. Is it just anything that is considered "offensive" or shitpost tier? I want to clarify this so that I understand what is going on here.

  17. knock, knock Mussolini: Come in. Naval General Rodolfo Graziani enters Mussolini's office Mussolini: Ah, Rodolfo! I hope you bring news of our efforts in the Mediterranean, yes? Graziani: Yes, Duce. However, I'm afraid you won't like it. Mussolini: Very well. Let us get it over with. Graziani: As you well know, we had two legions being transported in a troopship that was accompanied by 4 light cruisers and 2 heavy cruisers. This small armament was intended to move quickly and undetected in order to reach the Portuguese mainland. However, the French were expecting this and had a large fleet waiting in store for us. Our men were vastly outnumbered and the legions were sunk in only a matter of hours. I am not sure we can dedicate forces to reaching the mainland without risking all out war with France. Mussolini: I see, that is rather unfortunate. We will no longer be overreaching with our naval forces. I want our ships to be confined to the waters surrounding our peninsula and reinforcements to be sent to the Genoan front. Thank you for bringing me this news. I need time to contemplate on this further before I make any more decisions. Summary - Italy lost 4 light cruisers, 2 heavy cruisers, and a troopship(containing 2 infantry legions) to France.
