Sorry under I disagree with your initial points. !@#$ applicants. If an alliance can't approve or disapprove you in a day and you really want that colour bonus, start looking elsewhere for an alliance that's more active or faster to act. Sorry but I don't see why applicants should get any special priveledges, they're not in the alliance so they shouldn't get the alliances colour bonus and they certainly shouldn't cost the alliance their bank. I don't see why they wouldn't get the same colour bonus a user with no alliance would get.

there's a minimum score on colour bonuses of 300 for alliances so the small alliances don't get counted anyway otherwise reds colour bonus would be a lot lower.

Meh, if you get all the power totals from all the rows with your user ID (from the city table) and add it up like you do info on the nation page it should be easily done, just minus the value used in each city from it until It is less than what is required and then that city and any further ones are unpowered. Simples.

Actually after our discussion on inactive alliances I remembered alliances under 300 score don't affect colour bonus so they actually help it as they count as users on a colour but not an alliance.

Just FYI not sure how many donations you'll get from the top with them amounts. I make 200k a day ATM n by the end if the month will make easily over 350k a day. Not gunna donate 25 dollars for a day and a bits revenue. City timer reset is good but again doubt you'll see that used by the top as the main problem isn't time its money ATM. Just FYI

It's definitely not on a CMS, but it's also the case that layouts SHOULD (and almost cetainly will) be templates and so it should be very easy to make the title the same as the page title
