  1. I like it, but dont think it goes far enough. I think it should go to one million, and two million for new players. This would make it worthwhile to log into the game more than once every few days and help new players in a fair way. Plus this indirectly helps losers in a war enabling them to be able to buy some military even if blockaded.
  2. I like this. Though I think the detriment should be to economic buildings not military. A possibility could be the five days is a peace time number, and if that nation is at war it is every 2 to 3.
  3. No they aren’t, there is no way I could take down a 27 city nation if he can instantly buy full planes every time he logs in.
  4. No. Whales are literally untouchable with this.
  5. I really like the suggestion of shifting this cost from cities to infra instead. This makes this a reoccurring cost as wars occur, and slows down the growth of whales. Bloated infra is one of the main reasons whales thrive and this keeps it more equitable then city cost for the whales who have already reached the city counts.
  6. My initial reaction is that this is the whales closing the door behind them, however there are a few elements I think we could work with. To start it shouldn't just be a flat 20 cities. I think it should be an increasing average. So maybe the average city size starting at 5 city nations to account for the hordes of inactive. Having a set number doesn't really work if the game is growing, this fixes that. As for the whales benefiting, I think what is "fair" in this case would be all retroactive fixed costs being added to my next city. This will halt the upper tiers for a hot minute but keeps it even overall.
  7. This could be viable. Buys could "recharge", with you getting a certain amount each turn to rebuy, capping out at a full days buy. So first rebuy you get 100% but the turn after would be one turns worth of resources. This has the double advantage of decreasing dependence on the update time and you could increase the strategic times alliances they could use. Alternatively could open the amount of war slots to 8 and 4 allowing alliances more flexibility there, plus it indirectly buffs raiding.
  8. Except it would, as aircraft are not the only thing that needs to be destroyed when engaging larger nations. Sometimes one needs to target certain units to get the scores to work and this limits that capability.
  9. Sure, but that goes into things like troop losses where the rng is fixed, but the actual unit mechanics are not altered. The whole points of war is to reduce infra levels of the opposing side, so losing the maximum amount of infra is pretty consequential in war. If the other side also wants to run no planes, they can minimize their ground/naval losses as well, thats part of the cost/benefit ratio a nation has to decide on when fighting a war.
  10. Aircraft are not broken. Going with an all airplanes strategy has several important downsides that make it balanced within the current war meta. If you go all aircraft you are guaranteed to be beiged, as it does the least amount of resistance damage of any attack outside of nukes and missiles. Going with all aircrafts mean you will take maximum infrastructure damage and be looted for resources. Losing every war from all aircraft makes it balanced to its important in combating other types of units.
  11. To add onto this get rid of decimals in infra and just have it be whole numbers.
  12. I mean it seems reasonable for solider and tank casualties to be in line with each other. As for the rest of it, I will maintain that the war system is fine outside of things like you mentioned above, and its the economic side of the game that needs balancing.
  13. It’s almost like it’s not a unified sphere and some people are in between spheres, just like there has been since the game started. Shocker I know.
  14. I mean considering you are rolling part of the circled area right now and there is no reaction your arguments a little weak here.
  15. They fill a very niche roll in the war meta.
  16. That issue has nothing to do with Horizon Bank.
  17. This is objectively false. Stop lying.
  18. We get it prices are low, I eagerly await tomorrows thread regarding the subject.
  19. You have contributed pretty much nothing overall to the changing FA of the game. You mention two years but what exactly did you do in two years? Nothing in T$, and nothing in CoS. It took Ripper joining as leader to actually make CoS relevant. And no, hitting a few pantheon members for half a round isn't being relevant. It's not consolidated though? NPO and T$ have just as much in the range as we do?
  20. The irony of this coming from you is truly amazing.
  21. We haven't, its always been the mid-tier which is an expanding category. Pretending there was no intent behind the post is transparent and disingenuous, nice try. So far the only time all the spheres have united was to take down upper tier consolidation, first in Test, then in EMC. Never has the mid-tier been deemed a large enough threat to warrant the whole game united, and according to your own propaganda never won a war with mid tier domination. Lol. "We couldn't compete with organization so we had to consolidate in the uppers". What a meme. No one forced anyone to build it was just the easy path out then actually trying to compete, so makes sense why you chose it. So because BK's milcom is good enough to organize smaller players effectively it's easier to just give up. Ill take it as a compliment that you are so certain our organization is better than yours you don't even try to compete.
  22. Buorhann 04/23/2018 Rose didn't pay us, but we were given 100k of each resource and a couple billion. I told them that they'd have to make it worth our while to fight IQ, and shortly after, that was given to us and I was like "Well, ok then, I certainly cannot turn that down." Thanos 04/23/2018 Yep that is enough for most people to be persuaded Buorhann 04/23/2018 Otherwise we would've handled our own peace negotiations with Polaris and Co, then been out of the war. I'd imagine we'd have been out of it much earlier, as we had already worked with OWR and to a certin extent Cerberus (That was a nightmare of issues due to Arya being multis like crazy). And it's not like we had the resources to really wage a full on war against a major sphere at the time (We were not even a month old iirc). But with that payment, that's why we stuck it out. Like I stated earlier, our beef was with Polaris and that was it. We had no quarrels with IQ initially at all, and I even told the few folks organizing the hit against IQ that we weren't going to join that war. It wasn't until later they threw those funds at us and then thats when we started to spread out our hits.
  23. Easy to say, let’s hear it. False. It’s well documented that TGH was going to sit out of AC till they were paid Pantheons bank to join. More revisionist history. Now that you point this out I was mistaken as well. Point stands however.
