  1. Rubbish. There are plenty of other Muslims here who don't make the same posts, I honestly think you're just here to troll, because some sick part of you finds it funny. Which I don't.
  2. What the hell? Get out of here you disgusting poor excuse for a troll.
  3. 3 improvements plus an amount that is calculated off 10% of the current improvements in the city. They also have a chance to hit power plants. I think that would make them worth it, would it not?
  4. Get well soon Lord Balian. Which is sadly something that some self centred individuals here seem to have forgotten. Sheepy, is there anyway you can take action against the people who have done such things in game please? I find it slightly disgusting that this kind of behaviour is occuring in this game.
  5. A little more substance there? I've messaged you about this Sheepy, check your inbox.
  6. Mixed in with perks, this could work well. Avoid adding new resources to the game however, overcomplicating things in game isn't needed.
  7. There's absolutely no infomation on how this would work and what your idea is OP, so how is Sheepy supposed to know what you want him to do here?
  8. I can't see the harm in this, go ahead with it.
  9. Your alliance sadly reminds me of this FSA - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Free_Syrian_Army
  10. As somebody who used Firefox for a while, I can confirm. Thing just runs a lot faster.
  11. All I can gather from this is some people need to read the rules before posting and not get so damn annoyed over stuff on here.
  12. I'm against this, as such a large change in something so fundamental to the working of the game, will most likely mean massive changes in game mechanics. If the game had just come out, I could support this, but at the present time, it's just going to annoy people who have worked out how to build under the current mechanics, as guides, plans and strategies could become obsolete. The current aesthetic system works as it is, leave it.
  13. Sheepy should be able to do it by making a Permission Set called something along the lines of "Member - Banned From Debate Forum" and then adding that member to that Permission Set. I would offer to see if I could make a plugin to do something along the lines of banning a member from an area, but making plugins seems to require reasonably high level knowledge of the workings of IP.Board, knowledge I don't have. The best bet here for Sheepy would be to see if he could try using the Permission Sets to block certain people. If he can't find or make a plugin. As for thicker skin, everybody needs it. Especially if the criticisms being said are valid and correct. I myself do attempt to be polite on here, but others are different and yes, if you are going to troll, don't get annoyed if you et warned for it, I can agree on that point as well.
  14. Why just a max all button? Why not change the input type to number? As here: <input type="number"> This will mean that players will have to type in the amount of improvements they want to buy and then click on a buy button to buy them. The default amount in the input box can also be made to be the max that the player can buy at the time, allowing players to quickly build cities up a lot faster. You can add that as donation option as then or you can add it for everybody. Having it as a donation option will allow players to be boasted and rebuild a lot faster after war time, giving them a large incentive to donate.
  15. Soldiers are nice, but what about when we can simply use missles to knock out their nations over night? Just looking at the damage we can do to their nations and they can do to ours means it's going to be loopsided in their favour. You are correct on the amount of soldiers they can buy in one go is higher then us, but the amount of soldiers they can buy is also limited by their infra. What are they going to do when all their infra is knocked out due to missile attacks? Without some serious WC spending on their account, they're going to die quite quickly. We also have advantages such as the bank, meaning we can store a lot more cash then they can and quickly rebuild our nations, they...don't have the bank, giving us an advantage. I imagine the biggest threat ill come from their top tiers. I won't deny that when DBDC can knock out 1000s of infra in one hit, they could be a serious threat. However, DBDC are but one alliance, their smaller tiers will most likely die quickly. As interesting as this debate is, can a mod clarify if it's allowed or not? Discussing invading other games seems borderline.
  16. Clearly the Spanish State is a free land where people are allowed to speak what is true, right?
  17. A better option would be to add a little tag to the users name, public humiliation, if that's what you're suggesting, is a very poor way of moderating and I base that off past experiences in other communities. One idea I do like, is actually banning disruptive players from certain areas of the forum, but not actually all of it. An example would be players that have Fascist/Nazi views, that we simply don't want to hear, but are otherwise, active players of the game and community. In this circumstance, we can ban them from just the debate forum, so they cannot promote their viewpoints to the community, but still take part in the game.
  18. I was assuming we were using the rules of each game here. If we all get forced to use (That terrible game that is totally irrelevant and I shouldn&#39;t be bringing it up anyways) rules, we quite possibly implode due to upkeep for all are infra. If (That terrible game that is totally irrelevant and I shouldn&#39;t be bringing it up anyways) gets forced to use our rules, all the nations from it find themselves with one city with silly amounts of infra, if they don't starve to death due to lack of food, we can simply nuke them to pieces. Which is why I decided to have both of the rule sets applying to both of our nations, which would result in a curbstomp for us.
  19. We might as well change the name of tanks to vehicles then, if that's the case.
  20. Well, we would be restricted to our mechanics in the event of a war and them their mechanics. We probably can just send missiles into their nations and completely demolish them overnight, as missiles here can do double digit infra damage in percentages to other nations, while their missiles can only can do a couple of units of infra damage to us, the same applies to our other attacks. Their massive war chests just mean that we will have a lot more loot for our forces, we can gain billions for our side from their nations, increasing our power even further. Their forces will be wiped out and their infra destroyed in direct combat. So the likely thing that will happen here is that our top players decide to blitz CNs donaters over night and with their nations destroyed, all of the donaters leave, resulting in (That terrible game that is totally irrelevant and I shouldn&#39;t be bringing it up anyways) losing cash. Now that (That terrible game that is totally irrelevant and I shouldn&#39;t be bringing it up anyways) is losing cash, we can then hit the rest of the nations in massive raids, driving them from the game as well and looting their nations in the process. Realizing that the game is being rolled to bits and he's losing money, Kevin decides to shut it down, making PW the winner in this fight. PW then gains anybody who's left in the process from the (That terrible game that is totally irrelevant and I shouldn&#39;t be bringing it up anyways) invasion from (That terrible game that is totally irrelevant and I shouldn&#39;t be bringing it up anyways). PW is then the sole hegemoney of nation simulation games on the net. The only problems I can see here are (That terrible game that is totally irrelevant and I shouldn&#39;t be bringing it up anyways) players who like (That terrible game that is totally irrelevant and I shouldn&#39;t be bringing it up anyways) more and play PW attempting to fight us using their PW nations, but I doubt they'll have the numbers here to save Planet Bob from annihilation. PW is now the winner. It then decides to launch invasions of NationStates and eRepublik. Of course, if (That terrible game that is totally irrelevant and I shouldn&#39;t be bringing it up anyways) isn't shut down by Kevin due to this, we'll most likely see people cheating by making muiltis in (That terrible game that is totally irrelevant and I shouldn&#39;t be bringing it up anyways) and then raiding them for cash in PW, which could result in some bans from Sheepy. Which is not good.
  21. It doesn't seem to bad to me. I can kind of understand where he's coming from here though. A better way of phrasing it here would be: "Your total number of tanks cannot be more then 40% of your total number of soldiers".
  22. Great changes here Sheepy. People sure are moaning here about updates being slow, when they should be glad that they have a free game to play, let alone one that has updates in it at all. Just ignore them. It would take a lot of work to make something like this ground up, which I don't think some people realize here. You've put a hell of a lot of effort into something free and that really does show something.
  23. Seems like something that would just over complicate the war system that we have, it's already fine as it is. This game doesn't need to have every single real life unit out there in game.
  24. You referring to simply a reduction on the actual bonus or a bonus that goes into negatives? If the bonus goes into negatives, Sheepy will have to cap it or we could have a situation in where nations are literally rolled and attacked until they can't rebuild. This will effectively result in driving these people from the game and stopping them playing. Don't get me wrong here, I do like this idea in some ways. You could implement a system like this, but in order to avoid the pitfalls the of the current one suggested, it could be capped at maybe 80% of the base infra population. That way we can have a system where damage as such is done, but at the same time, nations cannot be rolled from the game. I see nothing wrong with this system either, as at the current rate, it feels far to small to result in any game breaking advantage for the older nations.
  25. Quick heads up, but it looks like the Projects you added haven't been added to the nation screen.
