  1. Aww yiss captcha Liking the 1% thing! This should put an end to a certain dilemma
  2. Numbers like this shouldn't be statis, it should use some kind of a median as a standard. Because right now, pretty much everyone is third world country And increasing price of things for developed nations is just crazy. I'm pretty dang sure infra and city cost increase madly after each purchases, there's no need to pour more salt to that wound. It's just normal that older nation will always have more chance to grow than those newer ones. Hell, might as well ask Sheepy to increase the ^1.95 part to ^2.75 if you want everyone to be equal
  3. Each nation browser games have their own names for their planet. I think it's planet Bob for (That terrible game that is totally irrelevant and I shouldn't be bringing it up anyways)
  4. It's still fun to see him desperately trying to be funny - just exactly what he's doing most of the time
  5. Aww yiss Orbis News. You should get underlordgc to write the comedy column
  6. In that case they'll have a slightly better avenue for growth. Either they can join the now blooming market and make profit off the inevitably expensive resources, or raid the plethora of inactive nationss that are bound to flood the 50-300 NS. As the game grows, it will become easier for smaller nations to get off their own feet. As for the suggestion... no. City price is already good enough as it is. If your concern is that new nations that have no friends will have a difficulties in growing up, then they can always join an established alliance. Even a veteran player with years of experience under their belt will have a hard time growing alone without the security a solid alliance can offer.
  7. Good luck with the new government! May you prosper always
  8. Lol at the unkajo comment Anyway, I don't really like the part where secret trades can go through blockades. The point of blockade is to completely isolate your enemy, it'd be tad useless if the enemy can still trade even with 50% extra cost. Blockades should isolate a nation entirely, no compromise. Also, the 10% cost of the 'regular' secret trade is way too small. If we're talking about an entire alliance funding a rogue hitman to attack opposing alliances, that 10% wouldn't mean anything. I'd suggest increasing it to at least 50% and limit the secret trade to once per day.
  9. Ooooh improvement destruction... I guess we will need a new column in the war page for the destroyed improvements
  10. Hm, pretty sure those aircraft loses were from the opponent aircrafts instead of from the ships :? You do have to go through the enemy air fleet to get to the ships
  11. Ships can only target infrastructure and fellow ships, as far as I can remember. They haven't changed much since their inception in alpha, so I think the description is a mistake on Sheepy's part.
  12. It had been suggested multiple times in the past, to disable some improvements as the supporting infra goes down, but there's no words whether it's going to be accepted or not :c
  13. A good combination of both. Soldiers are good and all, but faced with tanks they're just target dummies unless you field a ridiculous amount of them. Yeah, I think tank's description on the military page should be updated
  14. That's maybe too random... With that system a single pyrrhic victory attack against your nation can potentially destroy a vital improvement of your city if left unattended. Losing a mere handful of infra shouldn't warrant the destruction of a random improvement. CMIIW, but I think problem here is that a nation will retain most of their military capabilities even when their infra has been pummeled to hell and beyond. Perhaps when a city's infra goes below half the ideal level (10/4 as an example), the military improvements in that city should count as unpowered, so there'll be no military assets coming out of that city?
  15. I think you can discuss that kind of thing in that thread? You shouldn't worry much about pricing and whatnot, that's Sheepy's job. You just need to present a working concept to Sheepy and he'll handle the rest
  16. This whole conflict is like what usually happened in sugar-addled kindergarten recess Anyway, kudos to TAC for the protectorate. I'm sure EE will grow and prosper under your capable guidance
  17. There's no shortage of nation simulator games out there with built-in peace mode, just saying
  18. Demon, you mistook Prefontaine here for two different people. It'd do you a lot better if you spare some minute to at least remember who you're talking to and what points they've brought up in the past, instead of branding everyone with the same stamp.
  19. Hahahah... this is so full of adorableness
  20. It meant the ingame date on which you can change your nation color again, not irl date
  21. Having more than one sub-types of a resources would just needlessly complicate matters, I think. If this goes through, some will start suggesting to differentiate coal along with everything else from each continent. Anthracite, Bituminious, Lignite...
  22. Welp, you can go either way. Commerce build is nice and all, but selling resources can potentially net you bigger result if you can figure out what's the bottom price you'd have to sell your stuff to gain profit. Or you can go to the other route entirely: stack barracks and raid other nations for sweet cash. I'd recommend getting at least two supermarkets for starters.
  23. Haha... might as well hide your improvement setups, infrastructure, bought NPs, and your trade history while we're at it.
  24. South America is da best Tbh, which continents are the best depends heavily on your play style and which manufactured resources you like to always have a surplus. Only if you like to stack only commerce that it doesn't matter.
