If you honestly believe people would rather be forced into the military to serve you and that they would want to be censored if they don't follow you, I can assure that you are mistaken. Fascism IS as bad as Communism because you force everyone in your nation to serve the military in one way or another. You don't care about the quality of life and you believe violence is good. This is why Caledonia is standing against the rise in Fascism and why we openly condemn their ways. The embargo is enforced and as stated earlier with our naval power increasing almost double, the ships are placed throughout our territories to ensure the blockade stands.

Today Caledonia's Prince Charming Manidria, who is the cousin to Emperor Cenna and Son to the first princess of Caledonia is marrying Princess Maria racheal Wolf of the House of the Kaiser of France. After two years of courting the two have decided to marry. With the wedding France and Caledonia have entered a Mutual Defense and Agression Pact. The two vow to stand by eachother against all odds just as the Royal newlyweds vow to be together for eternity. Caledonia and France have been through everything together from war against Evanstar to the war against terrorists to the war of revenge after losing our friend Hunter. With this formation the two will be unstoppable and inseparable.

Today Caledonia will be unveiling military numbers as well as something special. Today Caledonia has raised the defense budget from 30% to an all time high out of war numbers of 65% leaving 35% left for education, public services, health care, Foreign affairs, and agriculture and science. Health care is at an all time high with the help of doing business with The Umbrella Corporation and Education is at an all time high with help from Intergalactic Scholars. So of that 35%: 5% will go towards Education and Health Care, 10% will go to Agriculture and Science, 10% will go to public services and the other 5% is going to Foreign affairs. With our new defense budget we have placed anti missile defense systems across several islands and territories of Caledonia. We have also increased our air capacity to 1,000 active Aircraft our active tanks to 10,000 our active soldiers stand at 150,000 and our active naval force is at 120 ships. Moving away from military to technology, Project zeus has 3 other stations being launched tomorrow and with them a crew to upgrade the old Zeus on the Caledonian Space Station. The upgrades include guided entry and a metamorphic metal that's stronger than the reinforced steel originally used but it's thinner and cheaper. The metal has been given the name "Antonium" named after Anthony Richard who found the metal. It's currently waiting to be added to the Caledonian Periodic table. It's major function is being stronger than nearly any form of reinforced steel yet it can flow to form to its container. The process will allow for the CSS and the 3 sub stations to produce nearly 500 Zeus rods before they run out and upon then it will need to be refilled with more Antonium. Unfortunately the only side affects is if they aren't used and functioning regularly the metal can become brittle after just a few months. So what does this have to do with you? Well currently it seems Fascism is on the rise so as such Caledonia has been preparing in case the new alliance poses a threat to us or our allies. As well we are issuing a warning that the Zeus project can hit anywhere on the globe at rapid fire and not need to be directly overhead. We are also warning that any Agression to us or our allies will not be taken lightly.

Caledonia can and will support our friends in Prussia, however for the time being our forces will be on hold in shared ports between Caledonia and France along the northern French borders.

Wait why can't I open the portal in St. Petersburg? He says. I don't know but I sense a greater force at work here Lelei says. "Ok well Lelei reopen another portal I must find my wife" she opens the portal and as Cenna walks out he sees the same baby dragon as an adult now, he jumps on unsure at first but knowing it was his quickest way to get to Lady Victorina* he rides out of the portal headed towards his queen. He comes out noting an Austrian flag. not moments later he is surrounded by Austrian police and armed guards. the dragon swoops him up and flies into space at speeds faster than even his own ships* "Don't worry my love, I will find you" He says to himself. He looks at the dragon and notices it changes color with him. "We must have a connection after all". he reaches his wife finally after hours of searching. He sees her floating in a blue orb through space* "so that's what I did the first time I opened my portal"* he grabs his wife and carries her with him back to orbis* "My love, wake up" she looks up at first unsure what was going on and then she notices it's her hhusban "My love" she cries. "Don't ever leave me again" she says as she covers her crying face into his chest. "Don't worry I won't, and Nicholas will pay for his actions and I will be his judge" Cenna says. they arrive in Front of the castle to open fire, attacked with the entire Caledonian armory he shields them as he lands and the two get off the dragon "STOP!, It is I, your king, Emperor Cenna. Bring me my traitor of a brother". Nicholas comes around the corner and see Cenna, he is instantly struck with fear as he sees Lady Victorina alive "H-how can it be? I-I blew her ship up!" He says."I protected her" Cenna replies. Nicholas makes a run for a secret fault before he realizes he's running in place. Cenna's hand glow blue flames as he begins to pull Nicholas closer. "ok I surrender, put me in jail and let me live out my time there" Nicholas says with a slithering tone. "NO! you will be tied to a rock and cast into the ocean where you will drown repeatedly for all eternity" Cenna says. before anyone can object he shifts his face and Nicholas is gone. Holding his wife's hand, "My love shall we return to the throne?" He says. "Yes dear" she replies.The two ascend to the throne as orbis watches on several news feeds. Cenna moves for the Cameras and news crew to come closer. He rises and lowers the frame of his brother, casting it ablaze on the floor* People of Caledonia I have been gone for too long and because of this I let you all down and for that I am remorseful from the bottom of my heart. The laws my brother he placed on you are lifted and today I make a promise to never allow such terrible pain on my people again. To my friends of Orbis I want to thank you all for being there for my people while they were in need. My brother damned the view of my people and my Empire and for that I humbly apologize to you as well. As for the royalty of Caledonia who were imprisoned they are being set free and will rejoin me in leading Caledonia. A new council will be put in place for the Zeus project and a change of generals will be in place to rid us of those who supported my brother. Today Caledonia us reborn from the ashes my brother left upon us and today we will work towards a better future not just for Caledonia but for orbis. (TLDR. Cenna came back on a dragon and saved his wife. And he overthrew his brother and freed the royalty as well as reorganized the Caledonian generals and council for the CSS. the parts where Cenna landed on orbis are the only parts that were televised the rest is told through story submitted by the News channels of caledonia after brief interviews.)

Hello people of Caledonia and orbis, It is with great pain that I announce the death of our queen Lady Victorina. Sue was killed in an explosion in space then directly after I was forced to bombard our space navy landing bay in New Zealand to keep the enemy from attacking us here. Let's be honest none of the nation's in the UDAC were putting full effort in the situation as per Russia's request however it is to note that as soon as We began pushing more troops in we did in fact win.
