Stop this nonsense. There was no coup, period. It was an election, and he wouldn't have even won without Lord Balian. BoC will never become a better alliance if you continue to rely on LF to lead you. I'm sorry, but it's true. You know it because you supported my candidacy. This was an election, and there is nothing wrong with challenging an incumbent in a Democratic alliance. The fact that the LF supporters don't see it that way speaks to the problems BoC has as an alliance, and frankly I cringe every time somebody tries to call it a coup. It's not. By the way.. You might want to ask LoP about whether or not LF tried to get rid of you after the election. Unless he lies to your face you might not like what you hear, because you were definitely mentioned in that context.

Just so we're clear, Ashland has no position in BoC. Nor do I or a number of other former BoC government. Things have changed quite a bit in the past 24 hours due to unrelated events.

I just want to point out that there was never any talk in BoC about cancelling on Terradoxia. Even after Arrgh attacked, BoC was focused on defending their ally. It just came at a bad time for them and ended very quickly.

I think it's pretty obvious, and has been for some time, that Titan was better off under Henry. However, you also have to take into consideration the fact that this is still Henry. As well as things were going at one time, his track record shows that it wouldn't last. He would have either quit, robbed the bank, allowed himself to get coup'd or something else. It couldn't have lasted forever because it's just not in his nature to build an alliance and see it all the way through. If it was, then he wouldn't have a history of ripping alliances off that trusted him enough to give him some form of government position.

Yeah, social media is a terrible way to judge a candidate's electability. Bernie Sanders has 1.4m likes on Facebook, but he is generally considered a long shot candidate. It may be theoretically possible that he could win the nomination, but his popularity on Facebook is hardly an indicator of that.

Nobody wants another Bush in the White House. Scott Walker nearly got recalled by the people in his own state. Ben Carson? If the GOP nominates Carson then they might as well not even try to win the general election. I've always said, and I stand by this, that the only GOP candidate who could stand a legitimate chance of winning the election in 2016 is Mitt Romney - And he's not running, thankfully. If you seriously consider Jeb Bush as somebody you would vote for then I have to strongly recommend that you reconsider. We don't need another member of that family in office ever. The first one couldn't even win a second term and the second one committed the greatest foreign policy blunder of the modern era when he invaded Iraq. We can't seriously be this stupid as a society.
