We are a military alliance that has formed for the military protection of our members. We also happen to be Christians. If we were not, we would be in the process of ZI'ing Kastor, but we know that's way too harsh. Likewise, we must still show that we don't tolerate people provoking third party attacks against us somehow. We forgive Kastor, we think his antics are normally somewhat humorous, but this incident crossed the line. It's okay for him to talk bad about LPS; we won't attack for that. Painting LPS as a target for a rogue to strike is totally different.

Currently trying to get ahold of TLF leadership to see if we can negotiate reps instead of destroying stuff. Agreement is that Kastor will only receive two nukes, no destruction of ground forces, as long as he is cooperative, which he has been so far. Given that LPS lost roughly $60 million from that one nuke (infra gets expensive at that level) we have to show such provocations are somewhat serious. It is not our intent, however, to deal the exact amount of (monetary) damage back ($60mil), as that is too severe for a nation in Kastor's score range.

Our issue does not lie with TLF, and we wish them as an alliance all the best and continued neutral relations with one another. He asked for targets to use his magnificent nukes against, and unfortunately several other citizens have cast their opinions of who “deserved†them for their own personal reasons. One of Cornerstones former members, Kastor, who is now a member of The Light Federation used this opportunity to target one of our members, Les Paul Supreme, for unjustified reasons: Kastor, has been after LPS for quite some time. One of those targets has since received a nuke and two missiles from Coach. Other alliances who had members suggest targets either dropped their support to defend the citizen who committed the same crimes, or offered to pay any reparations for the damage done by Coach to the victim. It is sad to see this situation come to this as we aim to maintain peace as much as necessary, but such criminal actions should not go unpunished, and this citizen in particular is notorious for the heinous acts he made. TL;DR - We do not tolerate attacks against our members. Additionally, we hold anyone who provokes a third party rogue to attack our members personally responsible for such an attack as if they were the attacker themselves. Launching a failed missile strike, followed 3 minutes later by a Peace offering, followed 1 minute later by a spy attack from an "unknown nation" does not uphold the high standard of honor we hold dear in Cornerstone. While this individual had held a Cornerstone applicant tag and flew our flag temporarily, please do not consider this representative of how we operate because it is not. We are officially neutral in this conflict and are not rooting for any one side, but it is clear that tS is not wrong to consider that a surrender in bad faith, they are absolutely right to turn down such a dishonorable "surrender" and we (Cornerstone) do not support the actions of the individual in question.

The entire Cornerstone family is grieved to hear of your loss. We will honor your fallen brother in-game and are praying IRL for this matter.

Yeah probably a mistype or autocorrect if he's on his phone. He definitely means that we aren't going to condemn LPS for being in medical school and having limited time on his hands. And LoneStar tastes good if you're in a redneck mood... or if you're a redneck. ... Ok, yes, I'm a redneck.

Definitely thought about the need for reserves in this game myself. Even if it doesn't work exactly how you describe, I definitely back the notion of reserve forces and appreciate/endorse this suggestion.

Suggestion to add a bulk pricing option for the trade menu. In other words, there is the normal per unit price for an item, but also allow someone to offer a "bulk price" at a discount if other players are willing to buy the entire bundle that is for sale. An example would be listing 3000 Steel on the world market for $2400/unit, or $2200/unit if another nation ruler buys the entire package of 3000 steel at once.

PnW got hacked starting yesterday (31AUG15) evening (US time). Sounds like a relatively severe hack as the server had to be set back in time to 27AUG15.

Is the server still under attack? I'm seeing the "we've reverted to 27AUG" message, but it still says the server is under heavy load. Is the attack on-going?

I can see that.

Some would consider that the reward for being an active nation leader rather than one who simply plays golf all the time (all seeming references to any nation on a planet some refer to as "Earth" are purely coincidental).

Well, as is, I'm in no rush to login based on $10k. Nor is anyone I know. Those who login religiously everyday deserve a slight advantage over those who let their nations sit idly for a week or two at a time (and are lucky enough to not be attacked).
