I agree with disabling the power for a specified time, but not destroyin said plant.

Except that u will have a nation with 5 cities and only 5,000 infra...being spied by nations with 5 cities and 15,000 infra...more balance is needed

Or better yet just give a small bonus on top of the cash credit that raises with each additional credit...ergo... 1 credit = $750,000 and infra and land cost 1% less for 20 days This could stack up to 6 times since a nation can use up to 6 credits per month

If credits are lootable by any percentage, I wont donate. It would be neet to give a bonus if u cash in 6 at a time, that allows u to reset the city building/national project timer. So if someone just built a city, then cashed 6 credits...they could immediately build another city if they wer so inclined.

In theory then...wind is probably the best. Though it would be interesting to create a project that makes ur wind power plants work twice as good. From 250 to 500 infea each. -
Need sum insentive for larger nations though, maybe something epic like city/project timer reset, and +15% commerce increase for 30 days or sum such

Nuclear or wind power....nuclear plants can meltdown, wind is actually the safest and pretty efficient -
I think that should only be available through spy ops. Otherwise I think this info should be private, and only available between alliance nations. Perhaps even allow alliance heads to decide who needs to see this info, and who doesn't.

Exactly. What would be the point of donating, I wouldnt risk it if it could be looted/stolen or even seen by other nations.

I think this belongs in a seperate thread. Bottom line..."Credits" should not be able to be touched, looted, stolen, or even seen by anyone but the nation that bought it or recieved it through a transfer. Credits represent an OOC part of the game...Can Not be subjrct to in-game laws. Otherwise, why even make this antomated...leave it like it is
