Must be sad to merge into an alliance, then backpaddle so fast you had to suck Eclipse !@#$ to get out of it, and then lose most of your core members because no one wanted to join your dogshit "raiding" alliance in order to flatter your ego. Merge into Eclipse (and don't unmerge again) because at this point you waste everyone's time with your forum posts.

Fair enough, I am not going to lie and say it pains me to see tS and Eclipse get destroyed (it actually makes me happy) I am mostly talking from just a regular member and I know eventually they will lose their infra and I won't be able to declare anyways and the whole global will devolve into a slot sniping exercise. The coalition is for sure impressive, TKR, KT/HoF, Rose, Requiem all mostly aligned and "burning Fortuna at the stake" is a sight to behold. I just wish these wars were not so predictable.

Conventions are supposed to be honored, not conditional, does not really matter since I am talking about outward perception. So you can use whatever reasoning you want but do not be surprised when people think you don't stick by your word because of this. Anyways, I said my piece. I like Aurora so I wish you guys the best and I hope you win your war regardless.

I like you Jacob but this move was pretty pathetic from Aurora even if Shitgard looks even worse for getting rid of their best and founding member of a bloc, without Aurora, they are just shit and that's it. You guys could have waited the 72 hours, clause or no clause, call it convention or call it not being a untrustworthy d-bag take your pick, but you could have waited the 72 hours and attacked them at a later date and it would have been good because !@#$ Midgard. Since you attacked early though you couldn't keep it in your pants and now you look like you don't honor agreements, backstab your allies, leak like a sieve and just ... yeah, well, you look like shit bud. Honestly after Aurora waited several years before attacking TKR for some CTO grudge you guys had I would have thought you understood this.

We got like three blocs going against them so imho I don't see them doing anything besides scorched earth and nukes. We will see though. At least this time there are almost no alliances left for tS to sign and then betray Eclipse with. 100% agree with you here. For wars that were not 100% set in stone, a lot of the KT Crusades were kind of up in the air, Oblivion wars as well usually had little support, the last war with Midgard I mean... we tried lol. Fortune has so many alliances against them though that I just don't see them getting a victory. Those were more recent, but for older wars, a lot of the NPO wars were not decided so early, and the Mensa wars in early game as well. Arrgh as well sometimes when they did their stuff.

Call me old fashioned but I like the wars when you didn't know in the first 5 minutes if it was won. Either way, tS and Eclipse deserve what they got. Would have just been more rewarding if the fight was actually challenging.

Honestly how many alliances are needed to take down Fortuna? I mean like everyone, !@#$ Eclipse, but at the end of the day how do people find these kind of wars entertaining is beyond me.

2 wars ago was like 2 months ago; and 1 war was the war Syndicate bailed on. Hardly a "lifetime" ago. Syndicate then was literally exactly the same as Syndicate today, just a different sphere because, you know, Syndicate bailed on their last allies (which is what Kastor is referring too). Yes an old grudge from when Syndicate betrayed their treaty partners at the end of last year... RIP Wayward. Also Syndicate performed quite well last war (also massively outnumbered their enemies) however when Syndicate is facing a tough opponent they bail and stab their allies in the back. Not super impressive if you ask me but what do I know about being betrayed and stabbed in the back by tS during wartime...

Sadly never gonna happen, been here since page 1 my friend.
