No I did not, you dumb bastard. I said your stockpile was dogshit, your strat was dogshit, and you should be embarrassed. I didn't change my tune on anything, and I've been singing the same song the whole time. It's a dumb, weak approach you took, and just because you can't fricking read and are blinded by your own BS doesn't mean I'm doing or saying what you purport. But cool RON story, bro. I'm out.

Truly a hilarious, ridiculous post.

I don't know why I have to repeat myself. I thought I was the dumbass in this scenario. Unless you've both just been intentionally obtuse, as we've already covered.
-
You're impossible and so incredibly self righteous lol. I didn't say you hadn't been launching them. That's obvious and not the point. Not at all. We're not talking about the same thing at all. You're trying to deflect and make it seem like I'm an idiot, when in reality, your little stockpile scheme has left you impotent a week into your bullshit. Yes, yes, yes. You've launched 'em and that's why you're numbers are so low now. Cool. That fact doesn't escape me. Do you really think I don't understand you've launched some shit? How dumb are you? The fact remains that your stupid ass plan left you with a silly amount of nukes a week in. That's not debatable. I didn't say you hadn't launched some. I said your plan is/was dumb, and you're already standing around with your !@#$ in your hand. Get !@#$ed, clown boy.

I'm talking about right now/as of the time of writing, you muppet. I'm not embarrassed about anything, buddy. Nothing I said is wrong. I'm not talking about what you've launched already, as pointless as it was. I meant as of right now. You're a week in to your silly little 60 day escapade and this is where you are.

Broski, 37 nukes between 20 people is 1.85 Gtfo You guys are so Sofa King dumb lol.
-
Not to mention most of their high gov don't even have any nukes lol. Out of the 10 that I think (?) are high gov, six of them have exactly zero as of right now. And only one has over a few. And before I get called out for being an idiot for not knowing (read: caring) about their gov structure, I went ahead and looked at everyone listed on their aa page. Out of the remaining 10 names, seven have zero nukes 😂 So to recap, they chose a loser's approach straight away, based it all on a falsehood, and duped their membership into this circus of jerkus. And then 13 out of 20 members in their "leadership" are rollin' with exactly zero nukes not even technically a week into the war? That is wild shit. That's 37 nukes between 20 people who planned to launch a projectile war. That's 1.85 nukes per person in gov, which I can only assume was their average GPA as well. But I don't want to be unfair to those gov members and individuals who might not have been involved with the planning. I genuinely feel for them. Although, I would be pissed knowing that the ringleader of the circus of jerkus himself also has zero nukes. Now that's leading from the front, boys! And don't even mention missiles. I don't want to hear it; talk about peak loser shit. "I know guys...we'll missile 'em to death! YEAH!" I know you're still gonna say it's a great idea. But really? You should be embarrassed. And I am appalled you'd put in such little effort yourselves as leaders when you've set up your alliance with such a shitty position (needlessly and when you had the upper hand). I look forward to the day when SINs members see that this is not the result of human ingenuity and effort, and they are able to be free and transcend their creators' limitations.

Nothing in that post is hard to understand apart from the dumb gifs from the silly show (which aren't required to understand the content), and you know it, you silly fricking troll. You're being intentionally obtuse. You are truly a joke. I can't imagine having a leader like you.

Frankly, all of you should be ashamed. I, apparently, am the only one who actually read all of Sketchy's explanation, otherwise you all would have just now finished as well. Now, I know your first reaction may be to insult how slowly I must read. Well, I am indeed a stupid, stupid man...er, uh, ape...but no, most of that time was me searching for meaning and coherent arguments. And much like SIN searching for a decent military strategy, I found nothing. Which is too bad. For many years I have constantly heard rumors about how bad and crooked my alliance is. I am always looking for the smoking gun and to see how bad orange man, indeed, is. But alas, jack shit once more. Just more classic OWF blustering and hot air. Chalk up another W for cancer. Although, I must say that my favorite part of the entire thread was this gem which should be remembered for generations to come, or at least until SINs membership realize they are led by some certified Grade A blowhards: All I can think while reading this is Now, I could kinda understand the whole "we didn't intend to win this conventionally" thing. But you got this guy out here openly admitting that this 7k projectile "strategy" was the bread and butter from the start. Like, somebody went, "!@#$ yeah, this is the absolute best move we can think up! Let's roll, boys!" You didn't even wait for rebuild, dawg 😂. I'd also say you didn't even wait for an advantage, but you had one 🤣. Yet you executed the strategy that losers activate when all is lost in a war--while you had the upper hand and the element of surprise? Uh, what? Huh-larious. What's more is you could've went for the conventional dub too, but nah--activate loserology 101! I just genuinely feel bad for the membership at this point.

My god. So much yammering back and forth about the injustices and stupidity of any given alliance on whichever side. For years now. Constantly. So dumb. Claims are always made by both sides, with nothing but bloody hearsay, he said, she said to back it up and it fizzles out every time, only to be left to the back room bullshit again. Thus the cycle continues. If there is some juicy juice out there, log dump it and stop acting like psuedo-politicians during a shitty TV debate. Got something to prove? Then prove it. This same old song and dance is getting rather tiresome. If the truth is out there, let's hear it. Let's see it. I want to believe.

And just like that, a titan went on to rest. Thank you @Canbec for everything. And ofc, thank you for putting up with me. I know I can be an ass. But your service to our alliance was massive. Sincerely, thank you. A proper TKR Legend. Curiously awaiting to see how these new kids do, whoever they are.

I feel like this is a solid point and is the real issue that should be addressed related to this topic.

You can be the most well-known James. But you're not the best. Congrats on 2nd place, though.

Assuming the data is accurate, here we have further proof that TKR is not a hegemony and those who peddle such nonsense are petulant children. But let's not have objective data and facts that run counter to your points ruin a perfectly good argument amirite? Grow up, adapt and overcome. Or quit. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I literally cannot believe that there are STILL serious people in this game calling TKR a hegemony this many years after it was a "thing." Honestly, how dense do you have to be? Frankly, you should be ashamed at your daftness. TKR could align with the smallest of micros and you clowns would still complain about our combined score. The only way you'd be satisfied is if we had zero allies. You have nothing genuine to complain about. Please stop your incessant whining, and keep 'er movin'.

I saw an in-game ad about duck hunting recently. This reminded me of another game: The Oregon Trail. Now, I don't know why my brain kicked that little gem up at the sight of Duck Hunt, but it did. Remember how you had to use ammo and hunt for food while on your way to Oregon City, all while risking life and limb? Well, I feel like that's what's happening here, too, friends. I immediately thought about those poor swampy, rose-y cheeked, and flush with hedge money folks out in the bush, trying to make it to the promised land, just a-shootin' their Oregon Trail shot. But in this case, you shoot like every animal you see out on the hunt, and you start feeling real good about yourself, only to soon realize that you're on your last rounds of ammo, the kids don't have anymore clothes, winter is setting in, and your supplies are running thin. Then you complain about the cycles of the seasons, the high prices of the supplies you need to trade for, and dang it--the food is running low, even though you got this huge haul on your first round of hunting....And you thought you were doing so well on that first round, too. But at the end of the day, you could have avoided all of this if only you'd planned better and actually thought about what you were doing. Me personally, I blame the parents...er, uh, I mean the high govs. Imagine misleading your membership like that. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The Beige Affair and an Orbis Governing Body
James T Kirk replied to James T Kirk's topic in Game Suggestions
Yes, that is why I proposed having beige time be non-stacking. If you are defeated three separate times over 48 hours, you are only actually beiged the one time, by the first person who beiged you, not by all three. -
The Beige Affair and an Orbis Governing Body
James T Kirk replied to James T Kirk's topic in Game Suggestions
Fair enough. What about implementing the non-stacking beiges as previously mentioned, and then to solve the problem of Alex determining what is or is not slot filling, a body of representatives from different alliances is formed to vote on and determine such matters. @Alex, I believe that in your recent show with @Kastor and the gang, someone had mentioned a desire to incorporate or improve certain aspects like this to enhance the total game experience. The organization of such a thing could be discussed, by for example, a governing body would be established to rule on game issues such as this, comprised of one member from each of the top 50 alliances, with a quorum of 26 needed to pass or veto certain items on the table. Maybe there would be room for some silliness and shenanigans to take place, but hey, that is parallel to real life, see: UN, EU, etc. And if it was insane stupidity like members voting based on political basis and not reality, then Alex could overrule anything at his discretion. I like this idea. Thoughts? Edit: I would also think that some of @Azaghul's suggestions should be paired with this too, found here: Specifically, the no non-expiring wars bit in point #1. And in his 2nd point, perhaps in a short beige timeframe, to counter the effects of low rebuild time, mil rebuild times could be either scrapped completely or you can build 75% of max capacity while in beige.. The ability to rebuild 100% of mil while in beige could possibly be a feature of the propaganda bureau. -
Hi, @Alex. I am a new nation, so maybe this suggestion has been bandied about before, I don't know. Simply, wouldn't there be a way to make it that a nation can only be on beige for a max set of time? Meaning, it is not a cumulative effect or whatever. Let's say Nation A has one war going. Nation A loses, and the beige time is 24 turns. Now, if Nation A is in three wars, and loses all three, couldn't you just set it up to where the beige time is still just 24 turns and not a compounded effect? Please see details on the addition of an Orbis governing in comments below.

Kirk here. Hello to all of you in Orbis. Since Starfleet Command is nowhere to be found in these times, I am curious where I should call home. It seems pretty clear to me that a man cannot survive on his own here. I would do well in a place where any person could succeed, regardless of background, race, or the like. It's been a long time since I've been a free agent...I'm hoping to find a home with some quality officers and enlisted personnel--and an active membership in chat Kirk out.
