This is already a feature. If you created a thread, and you believe it is time for it to be closed, you can use the "Report" function on the original post to explain to the moderator team why the topic should be closed. If we agree, we will close it.

These comments are getting old. Further such passive-aggressive attacks on the admin will result in warning points being applied.

When the warn is applied, the moderator is supposed to select the option for automatic removal after 30 days. It appears this was not done on one of your warnings. The other is due to expire today, so I'm leaving it for now. If it isn't gone by the end of the weekend, shoot me or another moderator a PM and we'll fix it for you.

Speculation regarding the identities of game staff and/or revealing identities of game staff is strictly prohibited. These actions are punishable up to, and including, a ban on your forum and game account.

Well, then you all will continue to receive warnings. There are legitimate reasons for leaving the threads open, and the moderation staff doesn't mind handing out warnings when they are warranted. Also, moved thread to Moderation Support, where discussion of moderation issues belongs.
