Well, it's obvious because SK was plotting to hit US in the future, the leaks show it. So, did you guys really expect US to stay silent and wait for them to roll US in the future? But my money's on DEIC not honoring their treaty! Not sure if not honoring a treaty is worse than letting your ally declare on your other ally. If you want to go looking at the technicalities and try to e-lawyer, I believe there is a clause in the treaty that makes their pact void if SK attack their ally.
