The executive chef at the Presidential Estate has announced the menu for the state dinner... Before dinner, hors d'oeuvres shall be served, including caviar, smoked eggs, and various finger sandwiches. Course 1: Steak Tartare - Course 2: Spinach Salad and Arugula Salad w/Goat Cheese, Black Walnuts, and Figs (Tossed with a raspberry balsamic vinegrette) Course 4: Shrimp-Asparagus Risotto Course 5: Pan Roasted Duck Breast (w/ mint jelly) Mashed Baby Red Potatos, Sauteed Wild Mushrooms Course 6: African Cherry Orange Souffle Spiced Coffee and tea shall be served after dinner, followed by the opening speech of the Summit. Anyone who has issues with the dishes served notify me in your RSVP. President Bob of Belrune shall be the Key Note Speaker. We need opening and closing speakers, however.
