Which sig is better?

Yes, the only difference is the order of the layers (letters overlapping logo).

Option B, without a doubt. Also the fact that your avatar is facing the opposite direction bothers me more than it should.

Neither. The fraying around the umbrella's distracts from the image and the stars floating over the fabric in the background looks odd, they should be on the fabric its self.

The fraying from the umbrella is actually leftover light pixels from slowly cutting the character from the background (sometimes I don't get close enough).

However the stars floating off of the fabric was quite intentional. I didn't want the sig to just be another Foxburo flag and I didn't want the national symbol to just be part of the background like in my avatar. I wanted each piece to stand out separately.
