Quarians are advised to stay in doors considering the new wars brought up by the Alliance BoC. Any suspicious actions should be reported to your nearest Admiralty Board member. The official statement The Admiralty Board and the flottila lasted because we worked together, helped the needy, and taxed the wealthy. We were able to survive because of our socialist ways. We will implement them immediately. Citizens of Quarian Empire on Orbis, prepare for a better life. Prepare to do your part for our empire The local government is busy adding the new laws in place. The Quarian Empires military division states to build up the military for defense only. Interesting policy The policy states we won't declare any offensive wars. We will however defend ourselves in this war. Us Quarian are generally peaceful creatures even though we like to carry weapons in one hand and pizza in the other. We will not declare war on any nations. We will defend ourselves and send war aide to our allies. Take this as Quarian way of saying we will support our allies but we won't put us in another war when we already have our own problems. If any ESA needs assistance I'll give if in form of aid. If push to comes the Quarians will break this policy if the war turns uglier for ESA or The Speaker gives the order. (China isn't Socialist nor Communist, you can't call a State Capitalistic State Socialist). #BecomeFascistToday I'm a fan of Communism and if you haven't noticed us Quarian are not about money. We are about helping our fellow Quarian and allies. We are use to self reliance and bartering. We will implement Socialism in each sector of the country and we will do just fine. The Income Equality Act was passed and will eliminate wealth classes and replacing the class system with a labour system. Citizens that do more will be rewarded more than a citizen that does the bare minimum required. The Quarian Diplomatic Corps - QDC - has been developed and disbanded the Quarian Diplomatic & Security Corps. Quarian Admiralty board also creates the Quarian National Security Agency also known as QNSA. Its mission is to defend the Quarian Empire from terrorist attacks and to repel any insurgents activity. That is what fascism will do if we accept those beliefs. We will work together to build a better life for the people, not a better place for the few in government.
