VanSputia
What do you feel your favorite restaurant entree would be, and at what place? Carrabba's in Myrtle Beach has an amazing Chianti-glazed cedar plank salmon, and it's pretty much salmon glazed with Gabbiano Chianti then roasted in their wood-fired oven (which you can observe them cooking from your seat) on a chianti-soaked cedar plank with roasted and soaked grapes and a side of fresh broccoli. Also, a glass of Chardonnay with it tops it off perfectly. Edited December 30, 2014 by VanSputia

SAI-40
There's the place in Crescent City, California called the Chartroom. First, they've got the best Clam Chowder west of the Mississippi. I mean, if you can get to Boston and get some Clam Chowder it can't compare, but if you're in the area you bet your ass it's the best you can get. The real draw though? Their mother-!@#$ing crab. Jesus-tits-on-a-bicycle the meat pretty much just melts in your mouth. If you're looking for just a regular restaurant meal, you can't go wrong with PF Chang's Sesame Chicken, or Village Inn's Breakfast Skillets. 1 Quote "They're turning kids into slaves just to make cheaper sneakers. saeton
It really depends on what I'm eating. Italian? Depends on the region, probably something parmigiana: Veal, chicken, or eggplant. French? Coq au vin, hands down. Chinese? Depending on the region it specializes in, Peking duck, mapo tofu, sharkfin soup, hot & sour soup. Vietnamese? Catfish in clay pot, or canh chua. Japanese? I love some tempura if I'm on a budget, but if I have a few extra bucks to spend, I'll sit at the sushi bar and order omakase (basically you let the chef work his magic and do whatever he wants). Steakhouse? Either chicken fried steak or a prime rib. I can't really just choose one specific dish. 1 Quote (TEst lives on but I'm in BK stronk now and too lazy to change the image)
