Article II: Lend Me Your Pickaxe (Assistance) If either signatory needs an additional pickaxe, it will be lent to them. Assistance in mining is only given to the other signatory and not others who might want to share the pickaxe. Article III: Shine the Light (Intelligence) Both signatories agree to shine the light for the other so that neither party must work in the mines in total darkness.
