Georgi Stomana
I don't suppose the price of Uranium is going to drop at all in the near future. naTia
As far as demand is concerned, I assume it will only go up. Also, with the current cost of producing uranium it is highly unlikely it will ever drop as low as it was again. In general, I foresee a climb in uranium prices as nukes and reactors become more commonplace. Georgi Stomana
But is there a reason for the sudden rise to the 2000~ ppu? I don't think there's a nuclear war going on right? naTia
I think it's just the fact that more people are getting nuclear power plants, and if they cannot produce their own uranium, the market is there for them. 1 Quote Resident DJ @ Club Orbis Founder of The Warehouse
Atzuya
What Nao said, and people have wised up that selling Uranium less than $1500 is comparable to shooting themselves in the food. People need to undercut more
Destroyer
I produce uranium and trust me it costs a lot. If uranium prices go down $1666, there is no profit at all.
Georgi Stomana
Don't suppose there's anyone out there who wants to sell me Uranium at a sane price? In return I will buy in a large (bulk) quantity. Arthur James
the price has been this high a week ago....it wasn't the highest, but hoefully it would go even "higher".

Grillick
2000 isn't at all unreasonable for uranium. It's only a 25% markup from cost. Steel is regularly marked up 100% 1 Quote "It's hard to be a team player when you're omnipotent." - Q

Placentica
I produce uranium and trust me it costs a lot. If uranium prices go down $1666, there is no profit at all. This. Never understood why people sold it below $1000 a few months ago. Quote Hello! Georgi Stomana
Well nuclear power doesn't consume much uranium at all (thought it would use more) so I don't think it will end up being a real cost to me.
