im317
07/20 12:54 am - im317 built a new project: Bureau of Domestic Affairs Domestic Policy: You have already changed your domestic policy in the last 60 turns. You can change it again in 59 turns.

Sweeeeet Ronny D
yes i have also run into this. my guess is it only works after you buy it? so it wont reset the timer back to 1 when you purchase it. which is honestly a little disappointing.
Lord Cosmos
I can attest that myself and another are also having this issue. While I suppose it's possible it isn't intended to apply immediately, other projects all immediately come into effect... Nacho
Nothing for me either. I bought today at 1:30pm server time. Was not able to change policy at turn change 30 mins later (2:00pm). I wasn't sure if you had to wait a full turn (so 4:00pm server time) but two turns have passed and still no ability to swap policy. 🤔
Developer Village Posted July 21, 2023 Developer Share Posted July 21, 2023 It applies at policy edit time (i.e. when you edit your timer is set to 1 not 60 turns), not project purchase time. In response to feedback though I added a hook to turn down any existing timers to 1 turn on purchase.

I manually update them all, meant to do it last night but didn't have a chance.
