The thought of anyone having more than 1000 is ridiculous for them. Especially top tier nations, top tier should've been rolled long ago according to them. NUKES o7 triggered much? hahaha nuke bloc is not yet hitting you're crew. but who knows? The nuke gods are slow to anger, quick to listen, and very forgiving to those who abstain from every form of douchebaggery.
