The fact that I have access to objectives and I completed that actual tutorial should tell you they are two separate things, my points being, either merge it with the beginning tutorial or start making use of them more often with daily and/or weekly objectives because otherwise there really is no need for "tutorial" access on the side menu or w/e it's called. Sheepy adds extra ones every so often, and it's a good way to access Keno and Dice.
