A few days ago, each member of Estonia's government was found dead in several, seemingly random locations, around the country. Several investigations have been launched by Estonia's police, but to no avail. Thankfully, the population of Estonia remained calm throughout all of this, without throwing the country into total anarchy. With no form of government remaining, Rokkenjima stepped in to ensure the citizens of Estonia have a running and stable government, thus annexing Estonia. Estonian citizens would, of course, gain Rokkenjima citizenship, earning the same rights and freedoms as all other Rokkenjima citizens. Those who wish to leave are allowed, and given a month to do so. Thus far, Rokkenjima only has control of the northern half of Estonia. It is expected to be entirely under Rokkenjima's control in the coming weeks. The Witch Council has stated that they will be expanding upon already existing Estonian cities, and constructing new ones to accommodate for the increasing number of people moving to Estonia. All Estonian provinces will now be known as prefectures, and renamed. That is all. A map of Rokkenjima-controlled Estonia can be found below, with the names of each prefecture. The Peoples Assembly of the PRCJ find this fishy as well...that being said we refrain from getting involved in this action as we do not see fit to get involved in European Affairs. As long as the people of Estonia are treated well, that is what really matters.
