You do realize you can target air force bases with missiles? And a vast majority of the time, planes aren't in the air. Also, there are https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multiple_independently_targetable_reentry_vehicle Which means you could target multiple bases. I would say a fair number would be 50-100 planes. Then i want you to take note of things such as https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2K12_Kub as well as https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MIM-104_Patriot Missile batteries are highly effective. If the missile blew up an Air Force Base with all it's aircraft still in the hangar...
