Lightning and her general Emilia Clark gathered a small army of 2000 tanks and 150 planes and headed towards the nation of Hequ. Her army steamrolled through the countryside of Hequ until it arrived at the city of Hequ. The city state of hequ is now a vessel state, the nation of Gran Pulse will protect the city state while we shall pay a decent amount of tribute. The king Hequ stated "I am not to mad, we still gets to keep ors alliances and the Hequ Family Corporation has more land to work with, it does suck that we have to pay them stuff." Gran Pulses apologizes for the waste of fuel used by the Nation of The Evenstar. Secretary of Interior, Housing and Urban Development Ivanka Trump drew up plans to build a colony to assist Hequ in its development. Ivanka and others in the government will be working to expand the influence of Hequ should they choose to accept. We currently have a military base next to Hequ and we send our troops to defend. Gran Pulse accepts the proposal and began plans for an embassy in The Order of Humanity as well as selecting land for an embassy in Gran Pulse. The Evenstar has opened an Embassy in Gran Pulse. They have done the same in The Evenstar. Gran Pulse celebrates the opening of its first embassies but suddenly realized they lack diplomats. The government of Gran Pulse promises to hire diplomats. The Empress heard of backlash regarding the incident and began working on a short statement commenting on the situation. The Empress stood on the steps leading to the Temple of the Goddess (the holiest site and the location of the council chamber) to release her statement to citizens of Gran Pulse and to the world. Empress Lightning: There are people out there who have a problem with what has taken place recently between Gran Pulse and Hequ. Yes it is true we brought an army to Hequ but it was merely there to ensure peace between our two nations and a large part of it was also my personal escort for when travelling to unknown lands. Make no mistake Gran Pulse and Hequ are better off following the arrangement made between our nations, it is a mutually beneficial agreement. Gran Pulse has very strong economy so there is a lot we were able of offer Hequ, a stronger Hequ makes for a stronger Gran Pulse so it is in our interest that we give them the tools to help them succeed. We already worked on some agreements and I expect more in the future. Hail Gran Pulse and long live the Goddess. Empress Lightning left for her palace after the speech ended, after she finished her speech she had a small grin.
