The order is for a national crisis that could occur. We have had a major accident at the Lviv Power plant. One of the Reactors has gone into meltdown, releasing hazardous levels of Radiation into the air. Therefore, all civilians in the area are to evacuate immediately. We also strongly advise the governments of the Imperial Republic of Poland and of the Islamic Republic of Khevin to have Civilians within the area to evacuate. If you start to suffer the following symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Fever, impaired CNS function, or Radiation Burns, please contact emergency services via the Emergency Helpline 722. Please keep the telephone lines open for any further announcement. If, in the off chance you are unable to evacuate, please take shelter in a bunker that has been a lead layer. If no shelter is available, stay inside your house, close all windows, and stay away from doors. In a few hours, you should begin to see white particles falling from the sky. These particles are called "Fallout", and are extremely dangerous. If you have one, keep your radio on at all times, and make sure you have plenty of water until this situation blows over.
