It looks like you made a self diagnosis. I haven't experienced or seen any top 10 alliances behave like a 2020 micro. If they are doing that they wouldn't be up there. However some exceptions are up there but it isn't in the treaty sphere you listed as an example. Those alliances are run by noobs by, people that have played for 2 years or less. I encourage you to research their gov lineup.

I did not find any gov in NPO particularly impressive. They had an average intelligence with the exception of Roquentin and Anna which were near geniuses. So like other alliances their gov was pretty average in competence. You have to remember the ideology behind NPO was a major driving force and it is what melded together the PNW version of NPO. It goes back now almost 20 years. They've played and "ruined" different online games with their ambitions. I don't think they were bad or good just here and discovered a way to "win" PNW. They were patient enough to wait 5 years and gather enough support. They had a mathematical precision and only thought that their way was the only way to beat PNW. There is no winning PNW but you can dominate for a time. People within those dominate parties have the same ambitious tastes as NPO and do wish to once again "win". I don't think that mindset left with Coalition B mass deletions.

Fair war for TKR or HoF or GGO: Upper tier consolidation with GGO, Secret treaties with other alliance blocs, people pretending to split but remaining loyal to each other, major propaganda in forums/discord, militarization advantage, uses whole alliance bloc to hit just one alliance, access to large proxy networks dedicated to keeping competitive alliances down, dodges wars by simply posting a the forums and everyone praising you, economic advantages for two years, top 5 alliance since time immemorial... People would believe you if there weren't so many holes in your story. You have been hitting Aurora since the beginning of September when you cited you were hit for no reason. However there is no way someone would believe you aren't sent/supported/funded by some of the same people who spied members in Aurora when you have access to CTO gov channels and been helping them for two years.
