It was late, many ministers of SOE have met up at Istanbul to discuss the modernization of the nation. Fil has arrived in a Military Jet. He landed on the roof while the jet was in Hover mode. He made his way down and sat in the confference room where everyone was waiting. "As the end of the Massacares has come we are now going to rebuild the cities, as I've talked with the Minister of Infrastucture , he has made plans" The Minister of Infrastructure, stood up and put up a picture with the title "New Baghdad" "We are going to use an retro-futuristic look for Baghdad. It ruins the culture of the city but we want it to be unique on our own terms. You can ignore the rain in the Picture as it was a model for a different city. The main area of the city will be reachable only by foot. They will be filled with stores, resturants and such and it's going to be always lighten up and always alive. Around the shop area, there will be a large park going in a circle, filled with trees, benches, fountians, flowers and such. The residental area will be linked with the main area with an underground train. Around the park will be the road but still far away from it with bike lanes and such." He put two other pictures. "Sevastopol is a different story, We are going to get rid of all the area with trade and military ports and we are going to make it a hub for tourism. There will two parts to the city, outer and inner. The outer part is the coast part. It's going to be made of a large walkway with many tiny ports for personal use. And on the other side there will be stores, hotels and such. Meanwhile, in the inner part. There will be large buildings with a lot of green things in it. Like a city-park. The inner city you travel with either train or foot. While we are on the topic of trains, we have made plans and started building a rail-road which will go from Istanbul to Qatar. We are going to use a Mazglev train. If there is anything stopping the path of the railroad, we will go through it or around it. The same train will be used in the newly rebuilt city of Sevastopol. The Cities will be done in a few weeks or even days. Depends on how many workers there will be. I want to thank the Minister of Agriculture who worked with me on the plan for Sevastopol. " I like the part that we focus more on the people than on the industry. I myself do not like the factoires and such, luckily they are in remote places and do not disturb our people and usm and I want that the cities have a lot of security." said Fil and the Minister of Police,Safety and Defence nodded" "The Police will work udnercover and the special forces will guard the cities 24/7" "This is going to be made later, but these are the plans for Istanbul, we are going to make it a dark large city" "Okay" said Fil and everyone went out of the room.

(Note: This is after the Izmir Confference) The voice in Fil's head told him to do a few thigns to see his other half in person. Fil was meant to open a portal to get in an army to continue the terror on the people he did not like. "I'll do whatever you need to, master" he said. He got into a plane and landed at a Military Base in the desert, remote, many miles away from civilization. There were already scientists and such. They already started building it and after a few days it was finished. "I'll promise you immense power, just do it..." said the demon before Fil opened the portal. The red light blinded everyone except Fil he looked straight at the bright light that the portal gave. "Good boy" said the demon. Many odd looking beings came out if it. (Doomguards) "Your new personal guards" said the demon as these creatures came out. He laughed maniacally. "Why did I do this" asked Fil "Entertainment , so you can kill off the poor useless souls in the new counqests, boy" Tomorrow , Fil sent a few of the new demonic units to Crimea to see how powerful they are. He sent a few giant flaming rock golems there called Infernals. They were crushing the buildings there, burning everything. Fil did not want to keep it secret but he wanted to brag with them. He was at the massacare personally, surrounded by the Doomguards. He was watching the Infernals crush the people to death, destroy buildings and they left nothing except a Burning menace. "I like this" he thought to himself. The High staff had nothing against them either, but they would not dare to oppose the Sultan as they would die a horrible painful way. After seeing that destruction, he guarded the portal heavily. It was hidden but he would not let anyone destroy it or harm it. He was always followed by those Doomguards to secure his full protection. He started rebuilding Crimea as all what was left is rubble and flames.

As he saw Emperor Tristar enter he repeated "As I said before, I am willing to do anything you would like to. Any Treaty or Alliance" he smiled and waited for someone to suggest something.

Note: This is after the Confference at Izmir Maiev Shadowsong, one of the best Commanders of SOE was in the newly aqquired teritorry at Kuwait. After a victory against Iraq, she would send in Flamethrower units to burn down anyone still left standing in that city or village. Sultan Fil and her have met up at Kuwait. "As you wished my lord, they will be purged , there will be no mercy. If I had to I would kill every person personally and up close so I could see their last dying breath and their sad eyes with some... hope in them" she laughed a little because of the word 'hope in their eyes' "I would not expect otherwise , Maiev. You are a very good leader and fighter. You would never surrender and this is what I like about you. Even if you retreated that wouldn't mean the end of the world for you. But I have brought some help for you , dear. They will give the people much pain when trying to fight us. And I've sent units to attack from the North" Few days later , Maiev reached Baghdad and they united with the forces sent straight from SOE. The main Military units were all around town so nobody would dare to attack them or peform any trap on them. The soldiers armed with flamethrowers came into the city, they started burning the buildings in it from the lowest floor, threw molotov cocktails at the upper floors while the ground floor was burning, if someone jumped out of the building to save themselves they would be sliced up by soldiers there. Everyone left the city to be burned to the ground and the already started making a better far more industrial cities inhabited by the people of SOE. Maiev met up with Sultan Fil again outside of the city "Do you enjoy it, my master?" she asked "Yes ... but... these guys won't stop following me... they will always be around me wanting to kill me. But this was a good lesson we thaught them." "Yes , but master, you have an Empire you command , a big one, powerful one and what do they have?" They went far away from the city, so did the army and they dropped nukes on Baghdad to destroy anything that is left, after that a massive bombing campaing started so the city was just ash and nothing more was left "Yes... great lesson we thaught them" said Fil as the nukes dropped and he turned away "Make sure that the guys build a city early" he said and walked away

"Well for first, I was thinking of becoming more social with the nations. And some of you are new , some old. To few I was allied with, to some I have not even met. Well I was interested into these newer nations. Mogatopia and Tomainia, they've made a good first impression already at the meeting at Tomainia. I would like to make an even better relations with those two. As for next, Aelonia and Amenria, they are fellow Muslim nations and brothers, but I am not the biggest religious figure , but I know that the leader of Amenria had kept close contact with me wanting me to join the Islamic Bloc. I do not want to but I want to keep ties between them. And The most interesting person here, Darth Saraii of The Akataan Infinite Empire. We have not met personally, we have not ever had much contact but I feel something bonding me to his nation, like I've seen it before. Well tell me your ideas and what you would want, MDP? As everyone entered, both of Fil's sisters went into the room and sat next to Fil in seperate seats. Waiters came in with wine and poured it to everyone except to Mogar. A waiter gave him a large bottle of Vodka and the waiter said "The Small Order for you as request from the Sultan" , Fil Giggieled after the waiter said that. "Well uh, should we just skip to the buisness part so you can enjoy the stay here and not be bored with diplomacy and such?"

The two sisters of the Sultan saw something odd happening, they went to the guards "Now now" said they. "The Sultan is waiting for you in the fort there" one of them pointed at it. "You can find the room easily" said the other "Do you need an escort?"

Fil saw Lene storm into the room, he quickly looked at her and noticed her blush and that she was looking at Mogar. "No issue at all. There weren't many guests here anyhow. How was the ride here Miss? You should have not hurried up that much. I am very happy that the two most important guests came. And I wish we can get the buisness part over as quickly as possible. I do not want to bore you too much." He said and then asked "Would you like something, Miss? A Drink? Anything"

"I want to do it personaly, dirty and full of gore, so I am waiting for the best momment, It's like they can harm me. But The man who is trying to kill me is my former... buisness associate" he said with an evil smirk. "So should we wait for someone to arrive or we can start on our own? And as I asked before would you like something for my servants to bring you something?"

"Very well..." he said as he took the gun and looked at it while holding it with one hand. "You at least know my style, it's good that someone came even though the sun was setting, I was hoping for everyone to come around before night, because night time is my favourite time of the day" he said with a devilish smirk and his eyes turned red. "Well take a seat, would you like to drink something? eat? anything , my servants can bring you anything. Oh also , I would like that you sit here , close to me as I am a fan of your work" he said as he pointed at a chair who looked a lot like a throne. Next to Fil where two smaller Thrones who were meant for his sisters and there were two special Thrones close to him. "How was the trip here? Were there any... issues , someone attacking you?" he asked as he knew that Fil had troubles with the Mafia which works against him. They would do anything to ruin Fil's plans. Before Mogar could reply a waiter came in and filled a wine glass with some red wine for Mogar.

They looked at him , giggiled. Both of them shook his hand. "The meeting is in this Fort" they pointed at a Fort, it was an old one with a mix of shades, as the sun was setting. "I think you should hurry up, Fil is patient but it can run out" said the blonde one and rolled her eyes as sometimes he annoyed her.

This is an event based at The Socialist Ottoman Empire. After the new Sultan came to power he called the leaders of nations: -Hungadada -Aelonia -Mogatopia -Amenria -Sweden -Tomainia -The Akaatan Infinite Empire To come to Izmir which is located at the Eastern Coast of Anatolia. Sultan Fil was sitting at the meeting room which was empty. The only people in it were his guards. The Meeting was going to be in a fort located at Izmir. Fil was looking around the room, looking at the Pictures of old monarchs. He thought he saw the eyes moving and the people getting out of the pictures, but he shook his head and continued to spin in his chair and look around. Outside of it were his sisters. They were waiting for the Leaders to arrive. They were looking at the notebook where they wrote who would arrive and when. They thought that no one would arrive and they were a little bit nervous, they looked at each other , sighed and waited outside with guards.
