I would be nice to have the ability to edit the number of member groups and their level of moderation/admin powers over the alliance. It might really help give each AA its own in game flavor to match their cultures. hell, if you want to go crazy.... in game mechanic for possibly voting on some of these positions in an AA (with the option to disable that too)

I've noticed that 'server time' appears to be the time from your client adjusted to the timezone of the server and not actually the server's time.
