There is to be no further war declarations between The Commonwealth and Valyria. 2. All current ongoing wars are to end in beige. 3. Valyria agrees to issue a public apology for its attempt to extort the since disbanded Green Protection Agency. 4. The Commonwealth and Valyria agree to a one month NAP. This NAP is nullified if either alliance attacks the others ally.
