  1. Yer, basically what he said. Sounds like an overcomplicated concept that doesn't really change much. People who are smart will still build stockpiles, then instead of selling off military resources they'll make them into consumer goods. Then again, smart people wouldn't be making military resources in the first place.
  2. Why not just keep it simple and use your logo? Here I made you a smaller version. If it's not broken don't fix it and all that.
  3. For some reason I already thought this was a thing.
  4. You are like that one friend who is hanging out with his friends, and someone makes an inside joke, and everyone else gets it but you, because you weren't there. So after your friends explain it to you, you decide to overcompensate and make the same inside joke every time you see them, and as a result you ruin it. !@#$ing party pooper ayy
  5. Apparently they are protected by Roz Wei.
  6. This should be interesting. Good luck
  7. I'm not sure where merging came into the conversation, but I was referring to the difference between the difficulty in starting an alliance in the beta vs now. I was also talking about more than just fending for themselves from a military POV, but also growth too. And of course it comes over time, that was my point. Alliances are heavily established now vs the beta, so much so its impossible to grow competitively without either joining or getting support from one of the current alliances. That wasn't the case in the beta.
  8. Who needs to win wars when you can just bounce back right after anyway.
  9. I was using that as an example. The point is new alliances can't fend for themselves, you said so yourself, there is plenty of money around so new alliances are dependent on older ones if they want to survive. Plus established alliances have a huge pool of resources to help build their players up whilst smaller alliances don't. I wouldn't say its easier now than it was then, I would say the dynamic has changed.
  10. While you are right in some respects, the flip side of that is that its much harder for new alliances made up of new players to make alliances that will stay competitive even long term. Most new successful alliances are made up of older players. In the beta if you brought enough people inro the game with you, you could break into the top 10 fairly quickly.
  11. Not really. It was way easier in the beta. Congrats to all of you guys. Although I am disappointed there will be no more SWAG Corporations.
  12. The score breakdown on peoples nation pages shows projects as 15 score each, when the formula and actual score increase is 20 per project.
  13. http://politicsandwar.wikia.com/wiki/City http://politicsandwar.wikia.com/wiki/Population City Age, Crime Deaths, Disease deaths. You are missing the first one.
  14. Shutup Robb what do you know about life your dead.
  15. Just a slight overreaction. I was only joking, you should learn to lighten up and take yourself less seriously. As underlord already pointed out, I am a returning player. There isn't anything wrong with joining a successful alliance and contributing there. I've done the whole run an alliance thing before, and now I'm content with just being a member. tl:dr: chill the !@#$ out ayy
  16. Maybe sheepy should include a part in the nations api that shows if they are an applicant or not similar to how he has one for vacation mode.
  17. Yer looks like it must, but that shouldn't be how it is, especially when the member count is correct.
  18. Your stats for rose are wrong. 06) (+1) Rose - Score: 87,754.45 --> 89,999.87 (+2,245.42) (VM: 760.21) Rose is currently at ~81000 score and hasn't even been as high as 87k.
  19. I don't think Trump will win. While the media is very obviously and blatantly collaborating with Hillary, the polling agencies whose sole purpose is to collect poll data also show similar results and they stand nothing to gain from fudging the results considering faking the results and being caught would kind of ruin them. Trumps campaign has been on a downward spiral for awhile, I just can't see him winning with the way the media is influencing people against him.
  20. The alt-right is closer to Atheism, in that most people share a few core or even just one shared ideological view (God isn't real in the case of atheists) and then have a wide variety of opinions of other topics. I find it amusing that people who cry about racism, and bigotry in general, then proceed to paint a large amount of people with the same brush.
