The nation of _______Ramsy_________,authorized by the leader ________Dillon A McCann______ has agreed to purchased the following from the Nation of Fraggle Rock: 5% of the total land currently held by the nation of Fraggle Rock at a valued rate of 7,456,810.58. In exchange for this purchase, the Nation of Fraggle Rock will pay out 5% of it's current food production per day, which is 517.80, to be paid out once a week (which would start seven days after the payment for the land) for a weekly total of 3624.63. Once bought, the land can be resold to any other nation or group of nations. All transactions will be made public on this thread. Any transactions not listed will be considered void and the majority stake holder will be able to rescind all shares sold. All transactions will be made public. A third party will be set up to hold onto 5x the amount of food needed for payout in case of a blockade. This third party will be able to pay out, and will be accountable to do such. In the event that the Nation of Fraggle can not pay out the weekly dividends, there will be a five percent administration fee of the dividends paid out to the third party. Buy back option: Whomever controls a majority stake of Fraggle Rock can have the option to buy back any and all shares sold or resold at 1.3x the purchase price, after the weekly payout has been delivered and without future notice. Any land bought after the initial public offering by the controlling share holder will not count towards to the pay out to investing nations. Any money paid for land will go into the general account of Fraggle Rock, and only the majority stake holders of Fraggle Rock will have input on how that money is being used.
