Cornerstone has no problem with tC. We obviously don't want them involved in a war with our friends but it is an understandable outcome. tC is standing by their word as is Cornerstone. It is that same commitment to keeping their word that Cornerstone relies on to make a pact worth signing with them.

I do think though that both CS and tC had the understanding that we unfortunately wound up on the opposite side. There is no hard feelings from Cornerstone and we understand that tC has obligations to tS quite similar to what we feel with VE o7 tC

Yeah I think I got one attack in before I was counterattacked by Mensa.. they were really organised you have to give them that.

And we quite like tS as well... and will continue to do so. I always like the economic driven alliance theme and for that matter Mensa's mythology on Dio is a great read as well.

The Cornerstone Declaration Declaration of Defense There has been a lot of accusations and ‘back and forth’ over the forums and if we are honest, most of us are really in the dark as regards to who is at fault for the war. Mensa says Rose for an ad and Rose says Mensa for attacking Vanguard. Syndicate says Rose for attacking them for having nothing to do with the war. The truth is always murky but I feel this much we can reasonably say. Late last week, Mensa HQ raided two Rose protectorates and then attacked Vanguard. They claim it was in response to an out of character attack on their leader. We say we can fault none for refusing to fight where their enemy wanted them to. It is not cowardice to refuse advantage to an enemy but a sad fact of war, but it is a war started without diplomacy against one that was only involved by proximity. Vanguard could’ve been Cornerstone. Imagine if there was no way you can say “I wish to live in peace. I wish to prosper and have you prosper as well". That is the world being built by the strategic moves that have been started. Cornerstone does not wish such a world. It is for one simple reason that we must fight. It is to live in a world where you can know where you stand without being attacked for the actions of others. If you take pleasure in the simple things of life as we do, then you may do so without fear of the raiders breaking through your door but if we do not assist in the defense of a safe Orbis, then I fear the old saying that I leave you with shall be proven true… “It has been said that for evil men to accomplish their purpose, it is only necessary that good men should do nothing.†Therefore, Cornerstone declares it shall defend Viridian Entente, and will attack any nations of Mensa HQ and TEst, engaged in war against them currently or in the future of this conflict. Peace with Viridian Entente will result in peace with Cornerstone. Let Orbis know that Cornerstone honours it pacts. Hoping Sheepy or one of the dev group guys can answer this. How much time between Sheepy announcing a change to you guys passes and the rest of us find out? And to what extent do you find out all the details.? I think that would be my only real concern. .. and it is not an attempt to accuse anyone of murder or high treason. Apologies if it comes across as such.

I am relatively new to the game so I might not have quite so much invested in the game as others however I am not going to stop playing this game because of these cheaters it is a good game and we as a community can eventually overcome this despite or rather in spite of them
