I'm not Jewish, but as an American right-wing nutjob extraordinaire (the Ted Cruz type) I'm extremely pro-Israel and pro-Judaism. If I see anything remotely Nazi or anti-Semitic I call it out immediately. With that being said, a winged Odal rune is just that - a winged Odal rune. It's what you say, how you act, and how you treat others that matters. When I went to Bali and saw the swastika being used everywhere because it's a Hindu Island, I didn't flip out and start going on an anti-Nazi tirade against people. Why? Because in context it made sense; it was, after all, a Hindu/Buddhist symbol that meant something positive before it was hijacked by a genocidal madman. If I go to a civil war reenactment I don't flip out when I see a confederate flag. Why? Because it's in context - it's a reenactment so it only makes sense that it's there. When a bunch of guys and gals in a nation-building RP game that has more Viking and Nordic themed groups than you can count on one hand decides to use a winged Odal rune in some of their symbology I don't flip out. Why? Because it's in context. Context matters. How you act also matters. So far, when looked at in context and when their behavior is examined, Ragnarok has done nothing wrong.

You're kidding, right? Please tell me you are kidding? Have you slept through the last 8 months of Aargh members raiding all of Orbis on a whim without apology? The entire planet has been trying to be patient with you guys as best we could.

I'm still in shocked that the pro-Aargh crowd seem to actually believe that people will buy their narrative that this isn't 100% Arrgh's fault. They literally attacked UPN, and are now trying to do everything except take ownership of what they did. Here's how a typical Arrgh raid goes: 1. Aargh nation declares war on someone in a powerful/halfway decent alliance. 2. That nation gets countered by said alliance. 3. Arrgh nations see that a fellow pirate is being defended against, and those who are attacked by Aargh shouldn't defend themselves, so they counter the counters. 4. Either peace is reached somehow, which it usually is because Jacob does tend to try and avoid outright war, or it isn't and there's outright war. This is one of those occasions where it resulted in outright war. I'm just confused as to why Aargh chose UPN.

Defaming far-right people IRL by saying that we are all nazi's is not appreciated. P.S. Welcome to Orbis Ragnarok! You will find many viking themes here, but there's always room for one more.

I, for one, welcome our new score calculation change and war policy overlords. Also, special congrats to Arrgh for now being much more accurately measured as a fighting force. You're still underrated, but at least it's closer to reality.

It's not a scam. Lord Balian used to be a member of Cornerstone and spoke frequently of real life health issues being faced even back then. He's definitely a genuine guy. All of Cornerstone's prayers are going up and we will let the Planet Bob version of Cornerstone (the CCC) know as well.

Thanks for the info, we never interact while on the same network and are extremely careful to never interact while on the same network, but at times both nations do enter the same network. Will let him know we have to basically cease interaction altogether.

Thanks for that info. I agree wholeheartedly with the measures - so how does one still get to interact with a friend who occasionally enters your IP network inadvertently? Even after having him sign out of the network we can't interact much. Not too big of a deal, but will it always flag us a "the same" and not let us interact, or is there a time limit before we can interact again?

My real life friend and I play PnW often simultaneously as each other and coordinate bargains etc. with each other when we do. He comes over to my house and uses his cell phone while I use my computer so we aren't on the same network. Occasionally (since his cell will automatically get onto my wifi) we are temporarily on the same network but then make sure we switch networks and go about our business. I just tried to do an alliance bank trade with him but the system said we are flagged as being on the same network and won't let us trade. Is there a workaround or is it stuck that way? Will our nations be deleted because we occasionally cross over onto the same network even though we are careful to not make direct trades or break any of the rules? All help appreciated.

Based on previous mercenary work I've hired Gabby to do and that they were pretty briefly a CS member I have to offcially renounce her/his actions here. You should have messaged their leadership about it first. Unofficially I think it's hilarious. You're going to get rolled but I have a feeling you don't care. Respect. We know what you mean. Doubt any of that will occur with Canstar, hence why we are going to protect them.

Canstar is the Canadian spinoff of Ameristar. We are excited to work with them and develop them into the beast we know they are meant to become.

I was seriously looking forward to seeing more Sigma. They were hardcore, yet weren't a**holes (to my knowledge?), and their average NS was like 3k+ so that was cool. I actually thought to myself "If I weren't a huge Cornerstone fanboy, I'd go join Sigma." Anyway, RIP, you will actually be missed, contrary to what some may say. Looking forward to a Sigma rebirth at some point in the (hopefully) near future.
