Limit transfer for nations that do not donate...to two transfers a month. Nations that do donate...get as many as is needed...the goal is to encourage donations...so the game prospers.
I suggested rounding up to whole numbers...instead of 750k, 1.5, 4.5....drop the point 5 and round up...balance. chill
I dont think donated credits should be lootable...perhaps have a difference between donated credits and in-game cash to credit transfers...call the in-game ones caches or sum such...caches are lootable
Perhaps put a limit on that to 2 transfers a month for non-donation nation.
Also perhaps up the money contents a wee bit..
1 credit $1 mil
3 credits $3 mil
6 credits $5 mil
And so on...
Need sum politics to boost the game up as well. Instead of just playin to play....many of u are from a similar community as this one...u kno what im talkin about. I want this game to flourish...lets help it.

Doesnt need a cap....number of members decides how many alliance projects can be developed. I believe specific projects at the alliance lvl is what should be developed. Nation projects should remain at the nation lvl.
Example:
5-10 members * 1 project
11-20 members * 2 projects
21-40 members * 3 projects
I think it should be...
$10 - 2.5 mil and 100 infra
$20 - 5 mil and 300 infra and 100 land
$30 - 7.5 mil, 500 infra, 300 land, +10% efficiency to improvements
$40 - 12mil, 800 infra, 600, land, +15% efficiency
