The president had been shaken after this turn of event and has taken the rest of the day off leaving vice-president Noram Harold to fill his place until the next day.

The Republic of Yemen has started researching for a new antibiotic to combat this new virus and has requested the ukf to allow Yemen to send an elite team of military science experts to study more closely on how this new virus reacts to the environment and possibly find a permanent cure. Hazmat suits and other special equipment are being brought along in order to help the team thoroughly complete it's mission.

The DRY has conducted a counter offensive that was very nearly successful but was stalled when reinforcements arrived on the scene. The DRY has lost 3,000 soldiers and 20 tanks. The RY forces captured 50 tons of gasoline and 100 tons of oil as well as 40 tons of munitions while losing 4,000 soldiers and 10 tanks. The RY government has requested that the DRY surrender to avoid further bloodshed. The DRY government officials have agreed to surrender all armed forces in the hope of peace. All citizens that were involved in armed conflict will face 3 years in prison, the citizens the rebellious cities will pay a 75% of income from there taxes for three years as the direct result of rebellion. The political leaders of the DRY have been systematically executed as a result of them leading the rebellion. Yemen is now reunited and looks to the future with bright hopes and dreams of a stabilized and developing nation.

i attend to agree with atzuya, even though missiles sound awesome, they are expensive in upkeep when i build just a couple of em. thts just from my personal experience.

The Repulic of Yemen lends it's support to the government but is not able to lend any equipment at this time since it is involved in a civil war it's self.

The DRY forces have been pursued relentlessly the RY and have now taken refuge inside the capital city of Nuketown. The RY forces have encircled Nuketown laying siege to it until the DRY capitulates. A flag of truce was sent over for any civilian wanting to leave the besieged city and spare their lives. More then 500 civilians left and gunfire could be heard inside the city it's self.

Early in the morning RY forces opened fired on DRY forces stationed on the border. The battle lasted a few hours before the DRY was forced into a full scale retreat. In the aftermath of the battle DRY forces had lost 4,000 soldiers and 40 tanks along with 50 tons of Gasoline and Munitions. The RY forces lost 5,000 soldiers and 25 tanks as well as 30 tons of gasoline and 20 tons of munitions. More updates will occur as the situation evolves.

As both sides look to the battle that's coming they are faced with difficult choices. When the DRY became independent they were able to quickly claim all of the improvements for their country before the RY forces could destroy them when they left leaving behind a good size amount of raw resource deposits that could sustain the DRY for months while on hand although the DRY has deposists for producing raw materials it does not contain enough materials to support the current war. The current stockpile contains of 100 tons of gasoline, 100 tons of munitions, 30 tons of steel, 300 tons of food and 500 tons of oil. For the RY the situation appears contained as far as raw resources for it's stock piles and resource deposits. The RY's current stockpile contains The only thing they have to worry about is leadership capabilites and the speed for building up man power they desperately need. The current force has the experience it needs from fighting other wars in the past. The current stockpile for the RY is this: 251 tons of gasoline, 119 tons of munitions, 400 tons of food and 973 tons of oil. The battle could swing either way but it appears that the RY could win this upcoming battle. More updates will occur as the situation evolves.

After the DRY (Democratic Repulic of Yemen) declared it's independence and formed a small army of 10,000 soldiers and 70 tanks that had left the federal army to protect it's homeland. The confederated government positioned it's army at the border ready to propel any invasion from the RY (Republic of Yemen) forces. The president of the Republic of Yemen openly declared an all out war on the newly created DRY and sent over 14,000 soldiers and 149 to surpress the rebellion. Intelligence Operatives were secretely sent across the border to gather intel and wreak rebel equipment and conduct assasinations on rebel leaders. The two armies have met as the direct result of the RY crossing the border into the DRY. As both sides prepare to conduct battle the President of the RY stated that this will be an important battle and must be won in order to gain access into the DRY.

The rioting has taken a recent turn toward revolution as the two cities declare indepence and form a united country called the Democratic Republic of Yemen with a confederate government, the DRY has already formed a joint military cooperation pact and began raising troops to defend it's homeland from any sort of invasion from federal forces. The president has issued all militarty units at Defcon 2 for the planning invasion of the DRY.

If The Republic of Yemen will not give in to the protesters, doing so will hinder Yemen's ability to strive forward.

Rioting has broken out in the cities of BIBS and Nuketown demanding that the government haults it's trade of raw resources with other countries. Some have threatened revolt if demands are not met.
