Education and a "decent" life are subjective, and therefore aren't rights but rather cultural norms. For instance, in many cultures, women are satisfied with being mothers, and the keepers of a home. They have no interest in pursuing careers or attaining political office. Some would say outside pressure to force this on them is a violation of their right to maintain a culture and custom that has existed there for generations. Examples would be Old Order Amish, as well as the middle east and in the far east. Also, if a body must adopt a document affirming these rights, then the are not endowed inherently, but given and can thusly be taken away. That's not freedom. Freedom would be for someone to believe in a diety, and that belief cannot be taken away.
