One would expect an neutral alliance to shed members before a war. I mean, isn't GPA's gimmick that you wouldn't have to fight because they are neutral? If you are going to have to fight in wars for dumb reasons(Yes, this war is dumb) then I'd want to be in an alliance that actually knew how to fight a war and were prepared for it. I think the only thing this war is accomplishing is making GPA more prepared for the next war.
