  1. I really wanted that missile for myself. I needed to eat another one to finally qualify for the SK Purple Heart medal. 4 years, 2 games, multiple wars, and I've never suffered enough damage in a war to get it
  2. Well there's no peace just yet. Just the opening prelude to peace. I trust Grillick will delay giving the evidence long enough to missile me one more time
  3. Over the last few days, peace negotiations have been ongoing between Seven Kingdoms, Guardian, Terminus Est, (hereafter The Coalition) and the Green Protection Agency. The following preliminary terms have been agreed to. The Green Protection Agency agrees to turn over the identity of the leaker to The Coalition. They further agree to turn over adequate evidence proving the leakers identity. Such evidence will take the form of screenshots and IRC logs of conversations between Grillick and the leaker. The Coalition agrees that once such information is provided, they will take no military action against the leaker. They will not attack him. They will not perform espionage acts on him, and they will not hire mercenary groups to hit him. The Green Protection Agency agrees that the leaker will not be accepted as a member of GPA should he apply. Once the identity and evidence is provided by GPA, and deemed satisfactory by The Coalition, an announcement will be made on the forums. This announcement will contain the rest of the peace terms, and a declaration of peace between Green Protection Agency and The Coalition. Any wars ongoing at the time of next announcement will be completed by Coalition forces beiging their GPA opponents. Signed for the Green Protection Agency Godfrey - Triumvir of Foreign Affairs Grillick - Triumvir of Military Affairs Oberstein - Triumvir of Internal Affairs Signed for the Seven Kingdoms Cody K - King The Small Council of the Seven Kingdoms Signed for Guardian Prefontaine Signed for Terminus Est ElPinchazo
  4. Game reports him as last active on 3/17, so he couldn't have changed his own color. Maybe nations who go gray due to inactivity don't get sent to beige after defeat?
  5. Your payment is in the love and devotion of your adoring fans. What more could any man desire?
  6. Side note, The European Empire no longer exists. IIRC, they renamed themselves Paradoxia. Not sure if their protectorate with UPN carried over. It's not listed on their in-game page if it did.
  7. We're actually not running any taxes on the SoSPoW AA. I'm glad to see you all choosing to stay with your alliance. Nevertheless, I have had requests for surrender terms, from multiple nations on that list, and we told them they'd be available after one round of war. Being a man of my word, here there are. If no one chooses to take them, that's cool
  8. It's purely a cosmetic change. As you go left your tax rate rises, but your average income falls. As you go right the opposite happens. It works out that you make exactly the ame amount of money no matter what policies you choose. If your income fell, it was soething other than your policies. Probably your color bonus went down.
  9. Sent you a PM. Your name appeared on this list because I made it days ago, and didn't edit it.
  10. Green Protection Agency nations (and former nations) who wish to surrender, and are engaged against any combination of Seven Kingdoms, Guardian, or Terminus Est must meet the following terms. 1) Join the SoSPoW Alliance 2) Decom all missiles, spies, ships, aircraft, and tanks. 3) Embargo the Green Protection Agency 4) Change nation color to pink. You must also post your surrender as a reply to this thread. A simple “I surrender to the Coalition forces†will do. Click here for a pre-filled out embargo. Just hit submit. If you break any of the terms of your surrender, it will become void and you will be subject to attack again. During your stay on the SoSPoW AA, you will be under coalition protection from outside raids. These terms are for nations who are fighting SK, Guardian, and TEst. If you aren’t fighting any of these 3 alliances, see this thread . For simplicity’s sake I have included a list of rulers these surrender terms applies to below. Note, this list is not necessarily all-inclusive. If you’re unsure if you qualify for these terms, please contact Tenages. Richard Smith martbhell John Carter Llago Lottario Brian Boysun Aerospear Neo-Nexus Kalev60 Hiawatha Lunan Velicia Red-army John Harms Seven Kingdoms is the alliance with responsibility for handling surrenders. Should you have any questions at all, please contact Tenages or Solomon. Addendum. These are not alliance peace terms. If you have questions about the status of alliance peace negotiations, please speak to your leaders. Addendum 2: It was suggested to me that I clarify this. The SoSPoW AA is not a tax farm. It collects no taxes from those who surrender.
  11. That video never gets old. Sorry to see the disbandment, but the SK - DHE plan to roll Guardian will live on!
  12. I think that clear what is need here is a sequel to TheNG's best selling, award winning novel.
  13. It's been "in the works" and "next on the to do list" since October when Pre and I interviewed him. As far as anyone can tell, it's not moved forward one iota in the nearly 6 months since then. Meanwhile we've had half-thought out, pointless additions to the game like treasures. What's needed is less focus on the pet idea of the week, and more on vacation mode, which would have major, tangible effect on the game, and help retain players, which presumably Sheepy wants to do. Hereno is entirely right to be bringing this up again. "It's on the to-do list" is meaningless words when it's been in the same state for 6 months.
  14. Only mildly offensive? Your lack of faith disturbs. That being said Grillick's War is definitely my favorite so far. Probably what I'm gonna call it going forward barring anyone coming up with something I like better. As under said, no one really decides on a name for the war. People call it what they call it, and over time the name used the most becomes "the name". As far as the others go, St. Patrick's Massacre wasn't half bad. The rest sucked.
  15. While we will accept surrenders at some point, we are not currently doing so. We haven't accepted surrenders before the end of the first round in previous wars, and we won't be doing so in this war. When SK, Guardian and TEst begin accepting individual surrenders, a thread will be made with the terms and conditions. Until such an announcement is posted, if you are fighting an SK or Ordo Draconum nation, I strongly advise you not to decom your military.
  16. That's one example among many Grillick. As several ex-members of GPA have said, it's the culture that has been created within PW GPA that allowed you to get away with these actions when they first occured. Your alliance enabled your behavior, rewarded you for it, and participated in the same kind of behavior. Not to mention making clear (in threads you made public no less) that GPA is less than neutral, and that many of them have no problem with such plans as hiring mercenaries, or setting up a separate non neutral AA to roll those you have a problem with. Don't want to be neutral? Want to poke and prod and have rampant spying, and do all the fun things non-neutral alliances get to do? Enjoy them. Welcome to the partisan world. But this is the flip side of that coin. GPA brought this on itself, and you were indeed a prime mover. Congratulations. (Also not that it matters at this point, but you never once communicated any sort of sentiment that you might step down to SK. Considering you specifically listed us as coming to get you, you'd think if you were all that serious about it you might have done that.) Carry on with your copy/paste though.
  17. It's not a treaty? Same font I used on the last announcement, same size and everything. Dunno why it's harder to read here.
  18. Never. SKRP is open to all always. Completely unaffected by and PW drama
  19. I was begged to provide spoiler text, and being a magnanimous soul, I obliged. Cody, you can now read our DoW and know what it says. You're welcome.
  20. Eh. Nvm. Not worth it. Your actions are public and well known Grillick. Whatever dire straits (real or imagined) GPA finds itself in, they're the result of actions and attitudes taken, or condoned, by the alliance. You want people to believe you're neutrals, and treat you like neutrals, you should try acting like one.
  21. That is an interesting list you have there. I'm fascinated as to how the names for it got picked. The body of the post implies it's nations in SK/TEst and Guardian with missiles, but you're missing several nations if that's the case. But then the first sentence after the list says these 63 nations together developed a detailed plan to hit GPA. All 63 of them developed the plan? Damn. Planning in small groups is hard enough, but all 63? Must have be a nightmare to organize, with 63 people talking over each other. Seems a strange group to be planning as well -- missing a few prominent members like Cody who you'd think would have input. Details man, they matter. Also, if you don't mind a little further constructive criticism criticism, when casting your alliance as the poor blameless victim of plotting by the evil meanies, it's perhaps best if the announcement isn't made by a walking, typing CB. "Leader of supposedly neutral alliances launches aggressive spy attacks, remains at head of said alliance" seems like a decent basis to war for me. Thanks for your time, further criticism (constructive or not) available whenever for just a bottle of whiskey. We now return to your regularly scheduled programming: Grillick: Mad Genius or Just Mad? - PW Debates
  22. It's a non-chaining MDP, with a suspension clause if we end up attacking each others allies. Seven Kingdoms does not sign (or include as clauses in other treaties) OD or OA pacts. Our position is, and always has been, that as all alliances have the sovereign right to engage in conflict at any time as they see fit, that all alliances have permanent unwritten oDoAP agreements with each other.
