If its on the Nation or Alliance board you would have to assume it is what they would do and stand for. They are not there for little "jokes". This and the other thread are there to give an idea of what you stand for.

Do you not understand what raiding is? Also he has stated that he wants war and claimed to declare war on all neutral alliances. What proof? Go look at what his "Alliance" stands for.

Raiders are raiders. Active just means he is well active and playing. "hits hard and for every one to seek shelter" is just flavor text. I am just giving the people near him a heads up.

His alliance was given diplomatic help from Rose to help him start up. He then to attempt to poach a member a Rose and when that member said no, he resorted to war.

Na just add to the total combat value in a fight. Tank are and they can their power cut in half if someone has air superiority on you, so its all risky.

One tank = 40 troops. So compare barracks to a factory. The barracks can make a max of 3000 troops. While the factory can make a max of 250 tanks. 250 x 40 = 10000. One factory maxed out is about 10000 "extra" troops. That is a lot, so tanks do help! Just need quite a lot compared to your troops.
