  2. in all seriousness I agree with ideas 1 and 3 just not sure lowering unit caps is best. honestly just lower the cost of the units themselves. As for idea two, I say as someone who would probably be least effected, i dont like this. I feel like if youre gonna force wars on a timer you might as well do it with more flair and fun, instead of decaying revenue which will just feel bad for most people.

  5. It's called Politics and War for a reason, not Farmville lol. The game is already stagnated as it is and more and more people are slowly vming or leaving the game due to lack of content and engagement, by going with the idea 2, activity itself will increase, and give incentives for greater engagement amongst players and alliances in the game with more conflicts and new contents, you can still farm, nobody is stopping you from farming but having naps that last anywhere from 3-6 months is a bloody joke and endless farming for what? It least the idea 2 will increase activity in the game and will force alliances into shorter naps, nothing is stopping alliances from having longer naps and staying out of conflict to farm endlessly but there has been plenty of econ done and not enough attention been given to the war/military aspect of the game. It doesn't just benefit pirates/raiders, it benefits everyone, however, will not take long to adapt to the new mechanics, although there is still a very long way to go in fixing the stagnation of the game and retaining players, but this is a great start in the right direction. I am not going to go into details of idea 2 since it already explains everything from Keegoz post.
  6. Great Game Everyone!! Happy Rebuild to all!
  7. aw man the gw is over..... @Prim0can we blitz sing now, i want to spank @Tartarus
  8. I actually really like this idea, hope it goes through!
  9. Idea 1: Everything sounds good Idea 2: I think this idea should be reworked, like as in it should be cost of damage based (If you do $30m in damages you lose 3 stagnation points), and also only having 3 months in between wars to keep everything positive seems to be too short amount of time, 6 months would be a better idea. Another issue I have about Idea 2 is that the penalty is too big, should be around 75% Bonus RSS Production for Month 10 imo Idea 3: Decreasing maintenance/war cost would make more sense
  10. @Velyni VasIf you had some sense of humor you would have typed "Camelot doesn't deserve to be isolated".
  11. Man, this is a monumental suggestion. It's an economic update that is not just geared for a select playerbase, but for everyone. I really enjoy the nation customization features from the monuments because it grants economic effects rather than being a cosmetic feature (ex: social policy, government type) and it gives players more interactive game features to keep them engaged in the game. Overall, it tackles a lot of the issues the game faces without having to rework current game mechanics (ex: military research, colors, treasures).
  12. nah they are a raiding AA now, as in they get raided by everyone else, no need for rebuild!
  13. Looks like an admission of defeat per se to me. That means we preformed as a unit much more than TFP & Rose anticipated, even ourselves! All while we got Shwinn as well George dead & center were we wanted. Exposed a group at large backroom interweaving they've done to isolated a convicted target of strong opposition ti them if regiven a chance. I think we got our points across well, even in combat & words. Even regardless, there's ppl outside their control who even greatly oppose them who took their sides in the shadows. After 3 wars now, Rose & it's immediate allies, including shadow treaties have realized the extent ppl have felt to sorrow those deal throughout the years. That healing process now resides after internal conflict n a few leadership changes in short time w/ @Velyni Vas & @Brigid Vas kudos to ya lovely lovebirds 👋 as well Lord Diamond. Remember what we started in Iron pal, hope ya didn't forget what was the goal. Looks like you definitely harnessed it blessed be you maan, all yall, crazy wonderful journey 🤘
  14. sooo.... back to 2.5k infra builds epi? pirating ain't so fun in the end?
  15. I don't think they were, hence why they posted....or caught off guard...prior seems more ruly. Was also told Neo was preferred as They, but why do I only see one person referred?
  16. brotha u a 187 day old c23 who has been in 1 gw play the game a bit more before you start saying there are tons of people not asking for war, its true that the economic aspect in this game is much more developed and varied BUT THATS THE ISSUE. War has been in stagnation for years and the total lack of war is literally proven to kill game membership as many things that can foster more war is much appreciated. Ofc too much war kills it to but the game is politics and WAR the econ aspect is only there so you can be bigger and win more wars. if u wanna pixelhug go do it in a corner.
  17. I probably should clarify that's a modifier on the existing operation bonuses. So if a bonus is say, 2% food production, the final formula would be 2% * Operational Efficiency. It basically scales from thr top 20 average (the value used to determine city costs atm) Less cities than t20a = higher bonus More = lower bonus
  18. Congrats to both side.. Rose, The Fighting Pacifists and Camelot, Samurai have peaced out their war they've been waging for the past month as I'm sure you were aware of.
  19. There is inherent issues in only rewarding warfare. It needs more stick than carrot to work.
  20. Okay, so you're new to the political arena, huh? Reminds me of that tiny nation just starting out. Protection, economics, and community sound pretty tempting in a dog-eat-dog world. Domination, that's a strong word.
  21. This seems like a great idea for an update. It is a new mechanic, which already puts it way ahead of the pack imo. But beyond that it promotes engagement with events and seems very well balanced. There are a couple bonuses I need to mull over to decide how I feel about them, but overall nothing that sticks out like a sore thumb. I think there is also enough versatility to allow for a great deal of different builds and play styles. This is an update that provides interaction with the game, flavor for the nation (in this nation sim), and provides some mechanical benefits that can be widely used and explored. Thanks for the novel and well thought out suggestion Sketchy. I hope it is well considered. The only thing I am a bit confused on is the operational efficiency section on page 10. Perhaps after 8 hours of sleep I could make sense of the equation but right now it is not coming to me XD, mind giving a bit further explanation on that?
