TGH’s deliberate actions to tank the gold color bonus are antagonistic and aimed at directly harming EVH’s economic interests. You can have your own opinion on the matter, but NAPs are not intended to offer protection while one party provokes the other. EVH has provided a clear and diplomatic path toward de-escalation by requesting that the alliances invited by TGH to tank the color bonus vacate the color.

With respect, I think the "letter of the law" view on things is... incomprehensibly stupid. We keep testing the borders of what is an is not a violation, when it's fairly clear what it's intended to do, be it with nuke lotteries, spying, hiring mercenaries and over time, these have all made their way into what is really a stupid list of things that are on there. An NAP serves stop acts of aggression, deliberately sabotaging the other signatory's economy is just that.

I mean Kastor is being Kastor; I don’t blame you for wanting to roll him. If EVH were to hit them after the NAP I’d say go for it. Maybe even root for you. However, there was no agreement made that an alliance can’t move to a new color bloc during the NAP. You could argue Kastor is being a duck about it sure, but it’s not an act of aggression. Hitting them would be almost as egregious as everything our dear friend Epi has done.

1. THT didn’t attempt to tank Gold. There’s no evidence to support that. Just as I don’t entertain this idea that EVH went to Gold to spite TGH. You won’t hear me speak that narrative. 2. “The Baba Yaga” is protected by TGH, THT, and AA — because it offshores for all of them. You know Borg? He offshores for a lot of people, too. (And he also happens to be TGH IA just as I am TGH 2iC/Econ Head). Prots of TGH and AA were covered under the NAP. You can’t conveniently cross those out to create a narrative to justify attacking me — and then push the blame back on me when you get caught violating the term. Gaslighting at its finest. 3. I haven’t been leading THT since the GW34 conflict began. I was in the process before THT got attacked of transitioning to TGH. That’s why I signed the GW34 NAP under TGH, and it’s why THT wasn’t part of the negotiations or a signatory of the NAP. Same reason as I have no control of THT’s FA, nor any visibility to their FA embassies on their own server or any other alliance’s server. That’s all handled by House Reyne. Just because I quietly took my leave and didn’t wish to attract attention doesn’t mean it should be used to discredit me several months later.

(1) Yes. We moved first and claimed the Bloc. That's how new territories usually work, lol. (2) Ok, here's the direct quote, verbatim, after he was passive aggressive. I'll even highlight it for you, to make it easier! This was followed up by moving despite us telling you we wouldn't appreciate that. In other words "We moved, deal with it". Then right after that, you tanked the Bloc. If that doesn't scream bad faith and spite, I don't know what does. I mean, if we made it clear we don't want you to do something, you do it anyway, can you really blame us for being upset and looking at deterrents and pressure to stop you from doing it in the first place? We've acted in pretty clear good faith as to that we didn't want you on Gold. We've been open on that from the start, and how we'd likely proceed if you continued to !@#$ around.

Stop trying to deflect. You went to our ally and told them that if we didn't leave Gold then you would hit us at the end of the NAP. That was before THT and AA moved to Gold. You were literally the ones that escalated this.

(1) Again, just going off what your own leader told me. He said you guys were initially going to stay on Yellow, so claiming "you were always going to go to Gold" seems... contradictory? I'm sure you guys can coordinate better than when Buorhann tried to nuke The Syndicate and "nobody knew about that one". I believe in you, even! (2) The record so far has shown you guys are not only hostile, but were the ones to act in bad faith first.
