(Think Capitalism, they like to be cheap as !@#$) Socialism: Disease and Crime rate reduced by 5% in all cities. You have to pay 5% in up-keeping for keeping these as free services for your people. Not sure when exactly we did away with them, but it was in the very early stages of the game and was replaced with the Economic Policies we now have today, which are a much better system (you essentially make choices that determine your nation as socialist/communist/capitalist or w/e) that doesn't affect your nation's income (which leads to min-maxing and ruining roleplay.) 1 Quote Is there a bug?
