Before in Kyro the political parties had to compete against each other for a Left Winged Primary, Centralist, and Right winged primary. These have now been abolished to the point where any political party can run. This was the accompaniment of the Election Reform Act. This likely means that the left will flood the canidancy with elections next year. The current Kyrian Parties in order of their largeness in the nation.

 

Republican/Tea Party/Constitution Party

Independent

Democrat

LCA (Libertarian Capitalistic Anarchist)

Socialist/Communist

Federalist/Fascist

Royalist

 

 

 

Election Reform Act

Article 1: In voice of displeasure over current Kyrian Election Laws, Kyro aims to fix and amend current standing laws.
Article 2: All voters must provide a photo ID when they are voting at their registered station of which the state shall appoint. Each vote may only vote once in each election. If there is voter fraud then the said violator shall be punished up to 10 years in jail and/or a $15,000 fine which shall go to the state and shall be used at their legal discretion. 
Article 3: The 3 Tier Election system is hereby disbanded and abolished any national or state party may run in any election of their choosing, if more than one wishes to run then the party must hold a primary of which the winner shall be the candidate that the party sponsors to run.
Section 1: If the case of an emergency the party may replace the candidate at their discretion. 
Article 4: There shall be no election propaganda against/supporting a party, candidate, or topic within 250 yards of the election center(s). No one inside of the center may inform your nor urge your decision making that would make you vote a certain way.
Article 5: In order to win a local or state election, one must have a majority, of those running, a popular vote to be declared the victor. Elections shall occur November 11th, for every election; local, state, and national.
Section 1: Electorate Votes shall be that of the state population. If a candidate wins the state’s majority popular vote then they win the state’s electorate vote.
Section 2: In case of an Electorate Tie, the winner shall be that of the majority, of those tied for the lead, popular vote.
Article 7: The states shall include those from all major parties, permitting that they run a candidate. The current major parties, though it may change, are the Republicans, Democrat, LCA, Socialist, Independents, Federalists, Constitutionalists, and Royalists. Other parties are at the state’s desecration.
Article 8: The President shall not hold a public office outside of the Presidency. When this occurs then they must vacate their spot and the party of the President shall select his/her replacement. 
Article 9: This bill shall be enforced by the states. This bill shall go into effect immediately upon passage and all laws in conflict are hereby null and void.

Sounds pretty fair, and is quite similar to Section 3 of the Canadian Constitution guaranteeing voting rights for Canadian citizens as well, except for the fact that Section 3 in the Canadian Constitution is about 2000 words long.
